What do you like best about memoryBlue?

Havining the talent, the management, the tools, and the reporting all bundled together makes it very easy to move fast. We have a new, growing sales team, so providing them with meetings has been tremendous as they learn our business and help build some early pipeline. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about memoryBlue?

The cost is high, though it's a premium solution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering memoryBlue:

If you have a clear ICP and a differentitated message, memoryBlue will deliver. I would also suggest staring with a narrow market segment and then expand as the team learns your business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is memoryBlue solving and how is that benefiting you?

As a growing company, we are actively testing several market segments with new messaging. memoryBlue has been instrumental in driving some early feedback to our efforts by scheduling meetings with influencers and decision makers within those test segments. We are learning a tremendous amount not only from the meetins that proceed to pipeline, but also from those we lost. They have also been key to ramping our sales team with at bats with propsects and building pipeline. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about memoryBlue?

MB has great talent, excellent communication, and an effective process. They listen and learn from feedback. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about memoryBlue?

The only issue with the process is this - - if you have garbage going in, you will garbage as output. Don't work with any firm - MB or otherwise - if you dont have solid positioning and a clear value prop. Results only come when you know what you want to say to customers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is memoryBlue solving and how is that benefiting you?

MemoryBlue is very effective at booking meetings for tech companies. They booked us several meetings every week with well-known prospects. While some of them weren't 'in market' for a new solution, they were good conversations and definitely people we put into our pipeline. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about memoryBlue?

Working the Operatix team is highly contagious. Our Delivery Manager (Alanna Roberts) for our US and EMEA (Nicolas Honore) operations are super attentive. Chris Perry their Managing Director made sure deliverables were delivered as expected. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about memoryBlue?

A bit pricey, but worth every penny. Highly recommended Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is memoryBlue solving and how is that benefiting you?

We needed to ramp up our pipeline coverage to achieve our goals. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about memoryBlue?

They take the guesswork out of building, enabling and executing an effective outbound lead generation capability! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about memoryBlue?

Transparently, there is nothing we dislike about the memoryBlue partnership. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering memoryBlue:

You get what you put into the partnership! A company cannot expect this partnership to be a success by simply offloading all the work on memoryBlue and their BDR's/Manager. Your organization needs to make the investment in the time, alignment and adaptation of the campaign execution in order to get the desired outcomes! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is memoryBlue solving and how is that benefiting you?

Qrypt has leveraged memoryBlue for the past 6 months and have had very impactful results. Our BDR is a consummate professional and epitomizes what it means to be a Qrypt Warrior! He was able to pick up on the highly technical and complex technolgy of Quantum Encyrption fairly quickly and is a jedi when it comes to developing and executing a results driven outbound campaign to Fortune 500 companies, and even landed us a meeting at the Pentagon! We have seen a 600% increase in highly qualified pipeline and have swiftly progressed 40% of those leads to viable opportunities within 2 months! The Manager for our account has done an incredible job of not just PM'ing all of the enablement and campaigns conducted by our BDR, but has also conducted 2 management business reviews sharing analytics of campaign effectiveness and allowed Qrypt' to make business decisions on the efficacy of those campaigns based on that data! Superb! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

mB is an incredible partner to us. They are thorough, thoughtful and most important to me, show tons of initiative. Thomas and his team are always bringing new ideas to the table, asking great questions to better understand our organization and goals. I truly believe they are an extension of our team and I am so grateful for their energy and passion! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about memoryBlue?

We have no downsides - they act as another team member including reporting, operating in our systems, etc. which alleviates much tension. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is memoryBlue solving and how is that benefiting you?

memoryBlue serves as our SDR team. They benefit us immensely by driving early pipeline for our product suite. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about memoryBlue?

Their people are TRAINED! The reps that were place on our account were eager, driven, and wanted to succeed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about memoryBlue?

I wanted a hands-on approach as the client so that the reporting could have been more varied for the detail I was looking for, but most people want them to have the full reigns (so I get it). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is memoryBlue solving and how is that benefiting you?

MB handles training, sourcing, backfilling, and coaching needed for a lead generation team to succeed. They helped generate strategies for outreach, and content (scripts, emails, LinkedIn campaigns) and produced top-of-funnel conversations that led to closed won dollars for our business. This is not a "set it and forget it" kind of company. To get the most value out of your investment you need to continually communicate, share ideas, tweak processes because adjustments will be needed to get the maximum value. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is memoryBlue solving and how is that benefiting you?

Accelerating pipeline for deals. Very quick to learn our value proposition, agile, flexible and fit our processes rather than the other way around Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about memoryBlue?

We have been blown away by the speed and accuracy of our SDR support. Our first associate was so awesome in quickly sending extremely qualified leads that he was promoted~ Our newest associate has now come in and is a very short amount of time, has also begun to forward extremely qualified leads. Great qualitative and quantitative value. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about memoryBlue?

I wish we could hire more! In a dreamworld, we would want to increase our MB staff to further impact consistent sales revenue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering memoryBlue:

If you are in dire straights and really need an increase in relevant leads, and lead flow - look no further than MB. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is memoryBlue solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are a small tech company with no SDR/BDR support for the sales team. We needed to find a firm proficient in outbound engagement to help bolster viable leads and increase revenue opportunities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
