If there was one area we didn’t love, it was the initial ramp-up period. As with any outsourced outbound team, it took a bit of time to fully dial in messaging, targeting, and cadence so it matched our voice and market nuances.

No dislike but area of improvement would be a conversation we had. We would've liked to be able to export certain contacts with individual status' such as 'attempted to contact' or 'interested' so we could re target on our ads platform.
