What do you like best about memoryBlue?

memoryBlue delivers meetings that lead to revenue. We are in regular communication, reports, and get updates on what is working, what isn't. We collaborate, adapt and improve constantly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about memoryBlue?

There is a bit of a learning curve ramping up the BDRs to the point where they are very effective, but that's to be expected onboarding any new BDR. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering memoryBlue:

Take onboarding seriously. They have a good framework for learning about your business and customers. Be sure to hone in on your value props and what will resonate with contact on the other end of the phone. Continue to learn, adapt, and increase performance as a team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is memoryBlue solving and how is that benefiting you?

As a fast growing company, we needed BDRs that would work quickly to understand our business and execute strategically. memoryBlue did just that. They got off to a quick start, delivered more meetings than expected, and continues to educate us and adapt strategy as we learn more about our prospects. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about memoryBlue?

I very much enjoyed my time collaboarting with the team over at Operatix.

I had the pleasure and opportunity to work with Richard Bradley in my SMB patch. He was very helpful, dedicated and always positive when it came to collaborating and setting meetings for us. He killed it with booking inboud and outbound meetings within our ICP. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about memoryBlue?

I did not interact with Operatix outside of our assigned BDRs. I do not have anything negative to say. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is memoryBlue solving and how is that benefiting you?

Operatix helped provide BDR to set new business opportunities within my territory. This directly helped us build sufficient and high quality pipeline acriss the top of funnel. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about memoryBlue?

Sdr Training and knowledge base is great Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about memoryBlue?

The only downside is manually inputting activity data into our crm as we're a security company with strict import rules. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering memoryBlue:

If you don't have the resources to develop a robust onboarding or hiring program for your sales team, they've got a system better than what most companies could develop internally. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is memoryBlue solving and how is that benefiting you?

The SDRs at memoryBlue have absolutely excellent training that includes creating a great work ethic. I ended up hiring the SDR I was contracting through the Denver office at memoryBlue and they have been an impeccable part of our team. The experience they have from phones to email brings a lot of value to my internal team as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about memoryBlue?

Low commitment and takes away the headaches of managing BDRs. They use best practices for business development and are experts at it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about memoryBlue?

As with any outsources BDR function, they won't know your product as intimately and won't be able to be as close to your sellers as you might like - this is a tradeoff for the flexibility and commitment they provide. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is memoryBlue solving and how is that benefiting you?

memoryBlue has helped us experiment with our outbound motion, as we slowly started to add top-down sales to our historically product-led sales motion. With low commitment, we're able to feed the top of our top-down funnel and pivot quickly to different personas, companies, messaging, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about memoryBlue?

Operatix provides integrates a technology stack, management, and SDRs into its offering, such that it was not necessary for us risk/commit significant heads to our sales function. Their customer services was excellent and their weekly checks-ins were helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about memoryBlue?

We did not have any say in who was ultimately cold calling on behalf of our company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering memoryBlue:

Highly recommend Operatix. Professional. Reasonable. Effective. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is memoryBlue solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our new business pipline had dried up and our Philipine cold partner was unsuccessful. Operatix delivered a fully integrated 'sales as a service' model to our business that included technology tools, managers, and cold-callers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about memoryBlue?

BDR profile are experienced individuals vs junior individuals who are still learning how to be a BDR. Further during the weekly briefings they not only provide the expected updates of meetings booked and held the previous week, but also their pipeline to the pipeline activities they're working on. Very much collaborative on what is working for them and providing visibility on what they're focused on. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about memoryBlue?

Focus on meetings vs qualification to produce meetings. This at times would produce meetings outside of the ICP or no-show. Additionally if they could integrate with SFDC, it would be helpful from an administrative perspective. Hopefully this will be solved with the MemoryBlue news, who has this capability. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering memoryBlue:

If you need a resource who needs only some basic ICP guidance and can hit the phones hard. Operatix is your team in EMEA. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is memoryBlue solving and how is that benefiting you?

Primarily Operatix is used for outbound BDR work into regions we don't have language coverage internally. I inherhited the program with little previous experience using outsourced resources. The Operatix team was very professional in getting me up to speed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
