Easy to use and setup a remote session. The initial rollout of GoToAssist was very quick and required very little configuration. It gives you the ability to transfer files across your meeting, which is extremely helpful when troubleshooting issues. It also contains a Diagnostics tool that lets you see all the system information for the system you are connected to, as well as Unattended support which allows you to remote into PC's that no one is currently sitting at. Not much, it is very easy to use and setup, and the features that are available once you are connected to a remote PC pretty much give you everything you need to troubleshoot another person's technical issues.
