Citirx Go To Assist is exactly what you expect it to be. I like the simple functionality of the software. It is easy to use regardless of your technical level. Fluid use of the software and technology. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about LogMeIn Resolve?

The ease of use, anyone with minimum computer experience can use this software. The pricing is pretty affordable especially if your not a regular user and you need something like on demand, this would be totally worth it.Friendly interface. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I would recommend gotoassist for remote support due to it's ease of setting up remote sessions, that's pretty important to get connected right away, not waste time trying to just connect with remote tech. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about LogMeIn Resolve?

GoToAssist is an excellent product which allows you to connect to the remote desktop seamlessly and also allows you to share the files and fix the issues in the machine remotely. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Lately, it hasn't been functioning when I have a user join a meeting, it doesn't always have a Run button to click, but it says "Click Run to start" Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
