What do you like best about LogMeIn Resolve?

When I have an issue with my computer and troubleshooting doesn't work well over the telephone, I can allow someone to remote into my computer and help me out. I am to chat with them awhile they are assisting me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LogMeIn Resolve?

If you do not have good internet connection, it can be slow at times. I am concerned with about security as well, someone could be able to take screenshots from their end. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's very simple use and setup. Whether you are getting support or giving support, it is very easy with just a simple link. Be sure your computer firewall allows the communication between both devices. This works will different operating systems as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sometimes when users are remote and using hotel WiFi because my connection to them and their connection to the Internet is shared it can get slow. Hard to blame Citrix for that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about LogMeIn Resolve?

Connect to remote customer by all means i.e. Mobile,laptop,tablet. I found useful when I was on the way n login thru mobile and can see other screen shared. Even if u r login well before the meeting,it will automatically login at the meeting time so no chance to miss the meeting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
