What do you like best about LogMeIn Resolve?

It's very easy for users to accept sessions, has msi deployment options and is generally problem free. It's nice to have it off premise. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LogMeIn Resolve?

The web interface leaves a lot to be desired. You can't export lists of computers to csv (or even copy and paste them.) It doesn't dynamically pick up on host name changes.

They also don't have any auditing for account changes. So if you have x amount of administrators and one makes a change, the others can't track it down. Support are aware. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

In comparison to other remote tools, less downtime and better flexibility in licenses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about LogMeIn Resolve?

I like that i am able to use it and sign in to remote pcs without enduser interaction. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have no problems with the product. It does seem to change alot which can be a problem when it comes to antivirus and can sometimes be blocked because of the new version number. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The flexibility makes this product good. Applications and software can be accessible remotely from any computer terminal from any where in the world. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Citrix can be quite slow if not configured properly. Administrators need to take the time to understand the workload and make the appropriate configurations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about LogMeIn Resolve?

It makes the customer experience extremely easy. We already have control after sending the invite and we even have the capability to reboot the machine without losing the connection Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
