What do you like best about LogMeIn Resolve?

I like that Goto Assist is simple to use and it is easy for the end user to grant access to their machine. Very minimal system resources are required to run G2A Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LogMeIn Resolve?

It is easy for an end user to break the connection if they try to use their machine. They shouldn't do that but they can at times without thinking of the consequences. A warning before disconnecting would be nice Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It seem straightforward and easy to implement this and can save your employees when they are remote and in a tight spot. it seems like a big win for me, but I wasn't part of the group that purchased, so hard to say how challenging the implementation was on the back end.
