What problems is LogMeIn Resolve solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about LogMeIn Resolve?

Users do not have to do anything to allow support staff to access their computers. Also there is an unattended client that can do reboots and access remotely. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LogMeIn Resolve?

Sometimes the install fails with certain browsers. Had some issues getting the unattended client to install on some computers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about LogMeIn Resolve?

It's easy to use without even using a tutorial. This feature allows IT to remotely see the user's desktop. It worked seamlessly every time we have used it and ultimately, it cuts down on the time needed to solve an IT issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about LogMeIn Resolve?

I have used this on numerous occasions, both at work and at home. It has been a real lifesaver, especially at home. The people I have working on my computer at home know more about computers than the people working on the computers at work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
