Hasnt changed much over the years, it was gotoassist and now this is the spinoff. Not much innovation and sometimes wont connect. Not as reliable as others I have used Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about LogMeIn Resolve?

The unattended support is a great feature, I am able to keep a list of all employees computers and when they are having an issue I cannot verbally walk them through, I can simply remote into their system and resolve the issue.

The software is easy to use, and has a pleasing GUI. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LogMeIn Resolve?

Slower than Teamviewer in a lot of ways. Having an employee set up the unattended support on their computer was a little more difficult that the similar setup down in Teamviewer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

If you use a 3rd party IT company for any business related issues be it from printer connection errors to networking and you have an IT savvy person on your payroll, giving them this tool to solve issues across the company can become profitable incredibly fast. Day to day issues that come up from 9 different locations across the US are now able to be handled from one centralized location. This has drastically reduced the need for 3rd party IT companies and the cost savings from that is huge. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

RescueAgent quickly provides us with the ability to quickly connect to customer computers without the need to install an agent on operator machines. The customer goes through a simple download process to get us connected. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about LogMeIn Resolve?

Easy to use program to remote into clients computer, it is secure and useful and generally just works. Color scheme is pleasing and easy on the eyes, especially the dark mode. Love the ability to set graphics options and draw on the customer screen. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LogMeIn Resolve?

Sometimes doesn't support security features very well and logs support out without warning, forcing us to walk the user through doing things on the computer to get logged back into the compouter. Sometimes we can see the screen but can't click anything. Users are often confused by the black wallpaper on the screen when it downgrades the graphics a notice message would be nice to let them know the screen may not look the same to allow the connection. What do you like best about LogMeIn Resolve?

Gives me very close to complete control of the remote computer and its functions. For clients where routine access is needed they can authorize access on demand which saves having the have someone in the remote location authorized each entry Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

sometimes certain commands will not replicate on the remote device. Can be problematic with computers using multiple displays in getting opened programs/windows to show up on the one display you can see. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about LogMeIn Resolve?

This is a remote support service which allows for admin settings to be used. In many cases you will not be able to run installations on computers for customers, however, using this service there is no problem using admin settings with the customers approval. It had been confusing to keep track of multiple shared accounts. Logging in and adjusting passwords/permissions has been difficult at times. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about LogMeIn Resolve?

Using RecueAssist we are able to connect to staff PCs and start knocking out tickets. The chat feature was helpful to assist multiple users while being on the phone with one. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
