It has a very fast and efficient real time chat. You have the important option to make comments and surveys, and that makes the group dynamic to share ideas and opinions. The screen recorder is a great help to review the most important topics spoken in videoconferences. It is a permanent remote session product for employees simple to fix without running through all the web services designed in the various technology products on a regular basis has been excellent for ideal use sessions since the great part in solving problems restart file transfer could be a little easier in real time provides a productive tool in developing management for file transfer its ability to connect seamlessly after rebooting the final machine making it one of the best software for remote connection from a single console to the final machine without the need for a user to run anything there. What do you like best about LogMeIn Resolve?

It is one of the best programs we have used to access other computers remotely. The chat functionality is fast and stable. The applications within the software are very easy to use, you don't need to have much experience to be comfortable using it. It is very easy to install and customize for each employee. Both users have to have the most up-to-date version of the software to be able to connect, this implies that the old version has to be uninstalled and this causes valuable time to be lost. I had to use the phone support once and I notice that they have failures in logistics. The response from technical support is not fast and time can be lost waiting for a solution. GotoAssist is today one of the most popular remote supports in the administration and management of IT infrastructure-based call centers. With GotoAssist you can boost your operations at a low cost because it has very manageable rates. The program is very easy to use and the interface is quite fluid and also extremely versatile as it allows you to use it both in Windows and in Mac, you have the option of converting a simple phone conversation into an online support chat which allows you to have control over the computers at the other end and finally it has a very fast data transfer option and you can share the screen two ways. The reboot and reconnect option can sometimes fail, the platform sometimes gets heavy when multiple users access it to the point of freezing the screen and losing control of the computer, the drawing tools seem unnecessary and the program does not explain how to use them, the GotoAssist web interface can be slow and outdated is quite problematic when working and the installation of the program is a bit slow.
