THis product makes it much easier to support our geographically wide area of coverage. It has all the features that make is as close as sitting in front of the monitor as can be without being onsite. This lowers time to respond and travel costs associated with supporting a large number of overall staff members. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Prior to being purchased by logmein, this product was rock solid. Post logmein, well it is very questionable if it will work at all. Sometimes it does, sometimes it doesn't and there is no reason we can find. We have compaired it against two computer, with the same software and update levels... one will work and one will not. Even went as far as flipping the switch ports and still the same one would work and the other one wouldn't. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We love the ease at which we can connect our users and technical staff. Having a single address to land and then put in the code makes it fast and easy for our users. This ease of use makes it the first choice in solving issues received at our HelpDesk. Getting a view of the user's exact processes and reproducing errors makes the resolution more likely to be solving the real problem and not just a poorly reported symptom. I wish it was easier to switch to Admin mode. Sometimes the password field is not visible to us as technicians so we have to have the user enter the password. Terrible practice. This has been the greatest hurdle. I believe this is better now but I don't want to know the user's password and I really don't want them to know mine. Chhanging administrative passwords and local admin passwords on 1500 PCs is a nightmare. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
