I like that its easy to use, its also easy to teach people how to use. Its a lightwieght download and it allows even the most un-tech savvy users to be able to access remote help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I dislike that you have to walk the user through downloading it every time. It also tends to lag and be on the slower end of remote help and support. its hard to chat through the remote client as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The learning curve for new users is minimal to nonexistent, and the same is true for end-users working with clients. The ability to open multiple sessions on a single machine simplifies remote access to many computers. This product has been critical in resolving customer issues, remotely upgrading our software solutions, inspecting computer specifications, and monitoring customers' daily activities to achieve efficient communication. When I had questions about new features or just basic GoToAssist assistance, their customer service was either insufficient to respond quickly or took too long to respond to my emails. The connection is occasionally poor. Customers must download and run this software, which will prompt them for a password after installation. There are online app options that require no password at all, as well as other similar tools, to make things go more smoothly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Really easy to use piece of technology. After creating a support link, I can send it/receive it via email and the software temporarily installs. Since most people are already familiar with GoTo the aesthetic is easy to recognize use and interact with as there is continuity across their suite of products. So easy to use for remote support!! To be honest, I have yet to see any. A few organizations will have to whitelist the IP but otherwise, nothing comes to mind immediately. I think that if you have tried Bomgar or fast support, you will find GoTo Assist far superior and easier to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
