What do you like best about LogMeIn Resolve?

GoToAssist has been our main tool for remote support for the last few years. It works great, the unattended installer is a fantastic way to connect with your employees' machines without much hassle. What do you dislike about LogMeIn Resolve?

I would love if the GoToAssist team could add the ability to freeze the user's mouse and keyboard. It is a bit annoying when you are trying to do a remote session and it freezes the support agent rather than the user when they start typing or moving the mouse. What problems is LogMeIn Resolve solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about LogMeIn Resolve?

Easy to navigate software that allows for opening multiple sessions, remote control and file transfer quickly and securely. Quality support is attentive to user requests at all times, Ability to take notes during the session, track time spent and log my session and download it for archiving and training purposes, and is Very easy to set up and install. What do you dislike about LogMeIn Resolve?

It requires a fast connection to the network to work properly, connection problems also cause delays in uploading and transferring files, so you need a fast and stable connection. Using the mobile application requires additional costs for the client. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

GotoAssist allows me to see what my customers see so I can support them more effectively. It also allows me to share their screens and grant access to their devices which makes it easier for me to provide support. It allows us to install software remotely, and troubleshoot our customers effectively. What do you like best about LogMeIn Resolve?

A web interface that is both simple and flexible. The client uses few assets and is simple for end-users to download. This solution is properly handled and concentrates on working as desired. The potential to quickly ascend to administrator privileges is also quite beneficial. Putting the user on as many systems as we like and just getting paid for the professionals who use the solution is fantastic. This gives us a lot of leeway in assisting anybody we have to. What do you dislike about LogMeIn Resolve?

I want some other services I use to be integrated with GoToAssist, however that is not exactly the error of this application. I'd like to have the public IP addresses of every user listed, although this isn't a big deal. I get a problem when I'm linked to a client's PC and the procedure, we're performing needs admin login details to be input. I lose control after the client provides them. I'd like it if the consumer could confirm that they need me to keep command of the mouse. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about LogMeIn Resolve?

Software works easily, systems can be added quickly, and software download works quickly and efficiently for many platforms. Had no issues using this product to work on PC's or Mac's. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The price is much higher than comparable products. When Office 365 users can use Teams and achieve similar functionality, it makes the cost seem a little prohibitive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about LogMeIn Resolve?

I like that it is simple to invite another tech to join a session. The process of connecting to a customer's account is very easy for them to understand even if they are not tech-savvy. No windows are lying over the connection to control the program, everything is out of the way above the screen. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LogMeIn Resolve?

The only issue that I have difficulty with is when I am connected to a customer's machine and the process we are doing requires admin credentials be entered, Once the customer enters those, I no longer have control. I am a tech with a software company so I use GTA every day to connect to customers who are having issues with their program. This program makes connecting with customers very simple. I also really appreciate that I can easily invite an additional tech to join when there is a very difficult issue. The unattended support option is also a great feature that allows me to connect to users after they have left for the day, making it easy to correct their problems without disrupting their workday. What do you like best about LogMeIn Resolve?

GTA allows quick status view and connections. It's also very fast at displaying the remote workstation. It also automatically resumes the session when rebooting the remote machine or if the connection is lost. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
