The software lets users quickly download, install, or access the application via a browser window. In addition, it self-uninstalls, so it doesn't leave behind junk/garbage applications on the customer's machines after use unless they opt to go the product installed for reuse later.
The application intuitively allows any connected user to screen share and grant keyboard/mouse controls along with clipboard access to share files and content easily between devices (based on configuration settings). In addition, the higher subscription options can white-wash the share links. Hence, they appear to come from the company instead of an unknown product from the user's perspective, allowing for increased comfort. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There is no downside to using GoToResolve. If you have customers call that you need to remotely connect with to provide technical support to without physically being at their machine, then this is the best product for you to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The ability to start remote sessions without having to request the user download any application. Just with a link an a 6 digit code, helping on user acceptance.

The free version is really limited, it's more like a trial. There are features that are paid add ons like mobile support, and some are quite expensive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

GoToAssist (now GoTo Resolve) has been a reliable, intuitive program that has saved countless hours of travel and allowed me to resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently! Excellent customer service team, too! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only challenges with GoTo Resolve would be connecting with post-Catalina Macs (requires two sessions and permissions changes in the Security and Privacy sections) and Chromebooks. It is an ideal platform sd a tool for remote access to the desktop because it helps to connect quickly, it can admit access from anywhere and it adapts very well for its use, it is a system that is based on offering you support well-developed technology which is easy to use and is very intuitive, it also contains an extremely well-structured interface which contains a good design, has very fast connectivity due to its browser that is very well structured and apart from that it is very friendly to use for any requirement you need. An area that should be better trained is the option of using the system with the mobile application since when it is sed it is very slow, it tends to fall and makes users feel unpleasant, which is why it is annoying and it an id, not the same to use it as on a computer or desktop, apart from its cost is a bit high for which they should make it more accessible and add more benefits so that more users can use it. GoTo Resolve is a great step forward in remote IT access. It allows for seeming less background integration across multiple platforms including IOS and Android. It is not intrusive and runs effortlessly in the background. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
In my opinion there is a high learning curve with this solution. I am also concerned about privacy and having a system or person's credentials hacked. I was concerned when using this solution on a home wifi and not a VPN Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
