What do you like best about LogMeIn Resolve?

Simple and responsive web UI.

The client is light in resources and easy to be installed by end-users.

Is not an all-in-one solution and that is great. This product is then maintained correctly and focused on performing as expected. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LogMeIn Resolve?

I wish the other tools I use would have integration with GoToAssist but that is not necessarily this product's fault. I would like to see the public IP of each client in the listing but that is not a deal-breaker at all. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is LogMeIn Resolve solving and how is that benefiting you?

I could remote easily and fast into any computer even if the client was not previously installed by us. Installing the client into as many computers as we want and being charged just for the technicians using the service is excellent. What do you like best about LogMeIn Resolve?

What do you like best about LogMeIn Resolve?

GoTo Resolve has now become accessible and, top of all, it is a free app. Using cognitive invoicing, we can update our support desk. Offer mobile help from every location and on any platform. Virtual IT control saves time and money. GoTo Resolve gives us all the solutions and features we need to operate our IT activities in one location while keeping their costs to a minimum. What do you dislike about LogMeIn Resolve?

It is occasionally difficult to link to a live representative, which is inconvenient. I loathe having to lead the customer through the installation process every time. This tends to delay and stay on the slower side of remote assistance and support. It's also difficult to communicate with remote customers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

GoTo Resolve, is a one-stop-shop IT support platform designed with today's small and medium businesses in consideration. It provides everything we require to operate our business from everywhere - all in one location. It has aided us and has saved us both money and time. What do you like best about LogMeIn Resolve?

I like that i can utilize this service virtually as the whole platform is cloud-based so that I can quickly get responses from my IT support team. I also love the organization of it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LogMeIn Resolve?

I wouldn't say I like that this system isn't used by many people yet. In comparison to some products that are out on the market, I've never really heard an abundance of people talk about Go To Assyst Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is LogMeIn Resolve solving and how is that benefiting you?

The program / application helps assist me with resolving issues that usually takes a normal ticket system a few days. What do you like best about LogMeIn Resolve?

Extremely easy to get connected to a remote PC and secure. Once connected I have full control of everything needed on that PC, I can even reboot the PC. If they have multiple screens I can slide from screen to screen with ease. If I need to communicate with the end-user I can use the chat option. I also like that I can pull someone else into the remote session, share the screen, so they can assist or see what is taking place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LogMeIn Resolve?

I'm not sure if this is an issue with GoTo or our own IT security, but our IT dept. does not allow end-users to install software and if working on a remote PC where something triggers what appears to be an "install", the security application pops up saying you do not have rights to install software and if you wish to continue you need a code - contact xyz dept. At this point, I lose control of the remote mouse in the GoToAssist session and have to either ask the end-user to kill that security screen or I have to restart the GTA session and hopefully, the end-user is still there to assist with reconnecting. Recommendations to others considering LogMeIn Resolve:

One last thing to mention, it is easy to admin and install. I can run reports to see usage and can even record sessions. The one weak area as admin, I wish I could run one report for all users that would provide the number of times they have used it in the last year. As it is now, I have to run a report for each individual user, hence, I run many reports as to one. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is LogMeIn Resolve solving and how is that benefiting you?

If I'm understanding this question correctly, GTA is used to remote into someone's PC and see firsthand what the problem is. As the old saying goes, a picture is worth a thousand words and seeing someone firsthand duplicate an issue saves us a ton of time. Mostly because many details do not get mentioned in an email or service ticket. Having the ability to control the remote PC allows us to test and troubleshoot, we also know where to go to view log files, settings, etc. which saves a ton of time from having to walk the end-user thru various clicks. We have been using GTA for about 10 or 12 years and have no complaints, no issues.

We also use GTA for unassisted remote sessions, we can remote into a PC or server at any given time to run various reports, check the status of something, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about LogMeIn Resolve?

The nicest part about GoToAssist would be that end customers may be emailed an invite URL or an assistance code, and they will be prompted to download the application on request. An application that is simple to use and enables the rapid and reliable initiation of numerous meetings, remote management, and file sharing. Great support is always sensitive to user needs, allows me to write notes while in the session, measure time invested, log my meeting, and export it for archival and training reasons, and is quite simple to start and deploy. What do you dislike about LogMeIn Resolve?

It demands strong internet connectivity to function correctly; connectivity issues can create lags in posting and sharing data, so we must have a quick and consistent connection. The customer must pay extra fees to use the phone app. Usually, after establishing a remote help connection, the support specialist loses track of the end mouse and user, and it takes a few presses in a specific pattern to regain control. GotoAssist enables me to see what my clients perceive, allowing me to provide better help. It also helps users by sharing displays and facilitating access to their computers, which makes providing help simpler. It enables us to virtually download apps and accurately assists our clients.
