What do you like best about isolved?

iSolved is very user friendly and has great customer service. I appreciate the ease of time card and payroll processing. Also, the step-by-step process of entering a new employee utilizing the new employee wizard is extremely helpful in ensuring all information is properly entered. What do you dislike about isolved?

I sometimes have difficulty with reporting and trying to locate the report that would best fit my needs. Further, the custom report function can be extremely difficult to navigate. What problems is isolved solving and how is that benefiting you?

I love the payroll functionality! Also, for the most part l can quickly navigate the system to answer any question an employee may have regarding their pay, hours, benefits, taxes, etc. The reporting function and seemingly constant changes to the system are my biggest problems. What do you like best about isolved?

I have really enjoyed the flexibility and ease of use with Isolved. They continue to develop new tools and enhance the current platforms for optimum performance. The support has been responsive to any needs or concerns. The APP enhancements for employees have been a big success. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about isolved?

My biggest challenge is the pricing format. New tools are exciting but almost any development comes with a new contract to add the service. While individually the pricing seems very fair, it would be nice to have a base model that versus so much cafeteria style choices. The great benefit for us is all employee resources are in one system and Isolved has the options to cater to the needs of our business. The system is complete from onboarding through off boarding. What do you like best about isolved?

I have worked with iSolved over the years. Throughout our partnership we have found iSolved to be top-of-class in customer services, responsiveness and ease of use. They are very knowledgeable and helpful. Their products integrate seamlessly with our internal systems. What I like most about iSolved is how user-friendly and efficient it is. The payroll feature is streamlined ensuring accuracy and saving time on calculations. It's also easy to generate reports and track employee earnings. The onboarding process is seamless, allowing new hires to complete forms and documentation quickly, and it integrates well with out HR system. What do you like best about isolved?

Very responsive and willing to take time to help with cases and phone calls to walk though a problem. Doesn't take much time to get through to a real person through their call tree. While many of the customer support reps are knowledgeable and helpful, Becca Markham went above and beyond to understand my problem and search for a solution. Thank you, Becca! There is a lot to isolved. And it felt like I always had to submit a case (send an email) to get access to a particular part of isolved to be able to do what I needed. My staff complains about the app from time to time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

iSolved makes our payroll and benefits processes smooth and easier to manage. The implementation of various services was seamless, and everyone involved was highly engaged. What do you like best about isolved?

I LOVE that it's a true one stop shop. Key needs for most companies are available on the platform, easy navigation of menu (logical lay out). University is packed with articles and course videos for not only admins but even on the employee level. Fantastic work done by the Training Team at iSolved! What do you dislike about isolved?

I do wish that some of the ancillary services like Share & Perform and Predictive People Analytics had more Dev efforts put towards them. The current product is needing a facelift (S&P) and for PPA there is minimal info on the admin settings and how they impact the dashboards.

What do you like best about isolved?

As the person running payroll, I find it very helpful that I can go in and easily see all employees and what department they are working in. Retrieving important info like check stubs, or updating contact information is easy and streamlined.

What do you dislike about isolved?

Some reports can be difficult to pull the information I'm looking for as it is restricted to either payroll run or date range. Pulling department-specific reports can be challenging, and finding the right report for the need at hand is sometimes like digging through a mountain of other reports. I would love a folder system within user reports to help sort individual reports based on my needs, versus just alphabetically.

Additionally, the inability to correct someone's department after payroll has been run is frustrating. I understand that this is for labor laws, but even having an ability to correct departments just on our reporting side of things would make planning upcoming payroll much easier. What problems is isolved solving and how is that benefiting you?

Not having to do payroll by hand. Auto-calculating things like taxes, insurance, and helping us with our very convoluted PTO/time-off policy has been an absolute lifesaver. What do you like best about isolved?

As a small business, iSolved has been great.

The best part is the customer service. I am usually connected with someone within a minute or two, if not immediately, and they are most often able to help me right away. If not, they research my problem or ask for help, then call me back. In every other system I've used, customer service has been the worst, so this is a breath of fresh air.

It is really easy to navigate and does what we need it to do. It also has integrations with the system we use for benefits and open enrollment, which is really nice.

It has been great for our small size and the price is right. I have used a few other systems and the customer service here is, by far, the best. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about isolved?

It isn't an all-in-one solution. We still have to use separate systems to meet our needs for benefits, time tracking, and recruiting. In many ways, it feels like we are in the stone age because we do everything on paper, still, then manually enter it into the system, but it makes sense for the price and our company size.

The nicer, more expensive, systems do everything in one place and store electronic files. This definitely isn't a system for large companies, but I would definitely recommend it to small companies. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that Isolved has a lot of helpful links and lots of resources to be able to navigate the portal and complete actions on your own. The portal is also user friendly!
