What do you like best about Insider?

Insider’s ready-to-use web push templates have been a game-changer. Whether it is sending personalized messages to customers in bulk or running a promotional campaign for a new product launch or informing customers about discounts and promotions or back in stock alerts and more, Insider has it all.

What do you like best about Insider?

We are happy with every aspect of Insider, including deployment, integration, and outcome tracking.

We’re generally impressed with all the products we’re using - Web Suite, web push, SMS, Whatsapp, E-mail, App. Web suite and Mobile App have improved our web and app experiences while the WhatsApp and SMS tools have greatly improved customer engagement when they aren’t on the app/web.

In addition to that, with the smart recommender product and it's algorithms choices, we have increased the product discovery. In one month, we sold 200 different products with the help of smart recommender. Also, the customer support is helping us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Insider?

With Insider's Web Push solution, we got new users on our website and nudge them to engage for a longer time by showing discount coupons, check out our offerings, and eventually converting these into actual sales. We were also able to re-engage users who hadn’t checked out our website for a long time by sending out web push notifications. This helped us ensure that we retain our customers and improve our customer loyalty.

Their AI-powered segmentation capabilities are one of the best in the industry and enabled us to target the most relevant customers for our various marketing campaigns at the right time. With Insider's Send Time Optimization capabilities, we were able to send personalized web push messages to our customers at an ideal time. We have been using the CDP, Architect, and Mobile App by Insider and Mobile App is our favorite hands down. It totally transformed the look and feel of our mobile store front. InStory’s attractive visuals ensured customers spent time exploring our store. The pop of attractive discounts at checkout using Smart Overlays ensured higher average order values.

Next we leveraged the Architect and CDP to centralize all customer data at one place and track the entire customer journey. This helped identify the loopholes and plug them. What do you like best about Insider?

The growth managers and support team at Insider is the best thing we liked about Insider. We kept adding new products to our catalog every 15 days but were still experiencing high customer churn. This is when the growth managers suggested we use the Customer Data Platform, Architect, and Mobile App by Insider. Architect tracked the customer journey across all touch points and helped us run consistent campaigns across channels and improve visibility.

The CDP helped us get a 360 degree view of all customer data at one place which was siloed earlier and identify the triggers behind the churn. Using the Mobile App we were able to fix the pain points and enhance user experience. Within a month we saw a significant decline in customer churn and a 28% increase in customer retention rate. Being a retail business, we have a wide array of products, new product launches every fortnight, and really great deals to offer our customers. But despite so many things going good for us our customer churn was a bit too much and that hurt. This is when we approached Insider and they helped us solve the most pressing issues systematically one at a time. First they suggested implementing CDP so that we could have a single source of customer data which was earlier siloed.

This helped us identify the triggers that lead to disengagement and subsequent churn.

Next was the Architect, which tracked all customer touchpoints. We soon realized that our mobile store front did not deliver a user-friendly experience and customers often failed to find what they were looking for.

This is when we utilized the Mobile App tool by Insider and transformed the look and feel of our mobile store front and there has been no looking back since. When you curate and deliver experiences for your customers you are in a way creating memories of a lifetime for them. That’s exactly what we do by creating truly unique dining experiences.

With Insider’s Architect we could design a workflow such that we never missed sending personalized wishes and special offers especially curated for our customers on their special days, festivals, or any special event or food festival that we hosted via Web Push, App notification, and emails. A growing customer database was making it increasingly difficult for us to keep a tab of each customer's likes and dislikes, special occasions, birthdays, anniversaries, and more. In the hospitality industry, delivering a unique and personalized experience at every customer touchpoint is non-negotiable. You miss wishing a customer or their loved one on a special occasion, and you risk losing them to competition forever.

Insider’s Architect and Smart Recommender helped us negate such instances. The Architect created a workflow such that automatic email trigger, web push, and mobile notification is sent to customers with a personalized messages on special occasions with the best deal and discounts.

What’s more, we are even able to promote special food festivals to customers who are genuinely open to experiment with new cuisines or have a particular favorite.
