What do you like best about Insider?

We believe that Insider's offers way more capabilities than any other marketing automation, cross-channel journey orchestration, and personalization solution. We haven’t found any other platform which allows us to seamlessly integrate onsite and offsite experiences and siloed data to provide us with a single and unified view of each user to understand their behavior across different devices, channels and touchpoints. Insider's Customer Data Platform (CDP) is also the best in the business as it is able to capture siloed user data from these different channels and bring them to one central location for us to draw insights and act on it to create engaging personalized cross-channel experiences.

When using Insider, another important feature that played a key role for us was dynamic segmentation between our users from different countries. This may seem like a pretty simple concept, but it was something that no other vendor previously offered us.

We are very impressed by the effectiveness of the various tools on Insider. For example, the side discount coupon tool increased our conversion rate by 30% while the cart reminder feature increased our conversion rate by 20%. What’s more, A/B testing enabled us to test different elements and campaigns and activate the best performing ones to further improve our conversion rate.

Not just these, Insider's Account Management team is extremely supportive in helping us activate campaigns, and also addressing any challenges that pop up. Not just that, they lend their expertise by suggesting campaigns we can run at particular times of the year based on the market trends to boost our engagement game.

What do you dislike about Insider?

We wanted to build cross-channel journeys which are consistent in the experience we offer our users. Insider has made this possible, and how easily too! We really enjoy using the platform to visualize and create both complex and rather simple cross-channel journeys, complete with detailed personalized elements and data-backed choices made possible by the platform. Not just that, we are engaging users on the correct channel at the right time with the right message and this has helped us improve all key marketing metrics.

Our conversion rate has increased significantly across different campaigns, and we are extremely satisfied with the results we have achieved. What do you like best about Insider?

The capabilities of Insider’s products are extremely impressive. We found it simple to integrate numerous tools to accomplish segmentation, thanks to the flexibility and user-friendliness of the technology. What do you dislike about Insider?

We’ve had a great experience so far but feel that the price could be adjusted more based on revenue. Moreover, there are no direct ROI measurement dashboards on the panel, which would have definitely been helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We were already engaging our users on multiple touchpoints but they weren’t yielding the desired results. That’s when we decide to use Insider’s products to boost product discovery and reduce the bounce rate.

With Insider’s Smart Recommender, we were able to show personalized product recommendations to our customers visiting the website and thereby ensured that they stayed on the website longer and purchased more. With their Web Push, we re-nurtured interest shown by users before they left our website and brought them back to the website to complete the purchase. What do you like best about Insider?

It is easy for us to create fully connected journeys for users across different channels and provide them with personalized experiences through price-drop and back-in-stock notifications. Our cart abandonment rates were high. We were looking for a solution that could help with a data-driven approach to build result-oriented campaigns. Insider’s team suggested Architect, Smart Recommender, and Web Suite tools. We used the template library, which reduced the time to build the campaign drastically.

Smart Recommender benefitted us with its variety of recommendation algorithms to personalize products for each user on the checkout page.

What do you like best about Insider?

The best thing about our Insider experience was the segmenting capability present in the Web Suite. The ability to connect with our users online and get to know them better through Architect and tailoring customer journeys that led to conversion was very satisfying as well. The technical support we received from Insider was remarkable and helped us solve the problems that lay ahead of us, enabling us to succeed in lead generation and improve our sales too. Not really a con, but worth mentioning that if the user cannot be identified, then the online and offline efforts of converting leads would become difficult. Improvement here will be great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The bounce rates on our website were low. We could see that the users were interested in our blogs but weren't purchasing much. Our business happens offline, but because we couldn't identify or target individual users, our campaigns were largely unsuccessful. It was also very difficult for us to A/B test the scenarios on the web. By leveraging Insider's Web Suite and the Architect tool, we were able to collect the leads that matter and contact them offline. The conversion rate also improved by 33%, which led to a corresponding increase in our ROI for the year. Thanks to Insider, we now know exactly who among the users engaging online are interested to buy from us, and we can target them accordingly using Architect. What do you like best about Insider?

We've been using Insider namely for enhancing the customer experience on our webshop. We did this by using the web suite for both desktop and mobile. By conducting a/b tests we were able to collect customer data. Based on this data, we could see whether or not a certain functionality worked for our webshop. Besides, Insider has a user-friendly interface, handy segmentation tools, a helpful customer support, and extensive analytics that help us with data-driven campaigns. Two of our tests were unknowingly offline for a while due to the implementation of a new functionality on the page where the test was also running, which disrupted the test. Fortunately, with Insider’s support, we were able to resolve the issue and relaunch the test successfully. Overall, we’re very happy and satisfied with Insider! What do you like best about Insider?

We wanted to dive deep into growth possibilities by offering highly personalized recommendations on each page for our users. With Insider’s flexible Smart Recommender, we are able to place these recommendations in different ways according to different page layouts, and target users with the most relevant products related to their queries. Through these recommendations, we achieved a 7-8% uplift in CR. We look forward to the CRM integration with Insider and 91APP in the near future to achieve even more accurate onsite recommendation and use case.

We also used the hello bar to alert users of important updates, delivery information, and more. Even this resulted in an increase in CR and AOV. We also really appreciated the pop up message that triggered at the checkout page that helped us increase LINE account users significantly.

What do you dislike about Insider?

We struggled a little bit with the Insider's panel at first with its comprehensive functions. Insider provided instruction videos instead of written articles/ instructions that we did not find too helpful.

Our main goal was to simply offer deep personalized experiences to our users in the best way we could. Insider’s Smart Recommender made it unbelievably easy for us to do so. In a matter of a few clicks, we are able to set up highly relevant and intelligent recommendations on any page, anywhere we want. There is never a doubt about the relevance of these recommendations, and we have gotten good results, with a 10% increase in conversions and a boost in AOV because of these. Insider’s unified platform has a clear supporting system that helped us track key metrics in real-time. It enabled us to engage our users across different channels and platforms effortlessly. What do you like best about Insider?

The revenue that we generated by sending out automated push notifications were significantly higher than manual push notifications. Also, as the tool offers a number of predefined templates, it didn’t take much time for us to edit campaigns. Using this solution, we were able to update our target customers about their latest interest on our website/APP based on their previous onsite behavior. Before using Insider, we were able to send bulk push notifications in the text format. However, we wanted to explore a solution that can help us automate the process, create deep segments based on their predicted behavior, events, and visits, and engage with customers who had abandoned their carts.

Insider’s team of Growth Consultants recommended us to use their web push channel to send messages to target customers who had a higher purchase intent. We were also able to re-engage customers who haven’t visited our website for a long time. By sending out personalized Cart Abandonment Push Campaigns using predefined templates, we were able to capture their attention and bring them back on our website. We use Insider for Web Personalization. We are big fans of Instory solution which allows us to show our latest products, best sellers, offers and more in the form of clickable Instagram stories on our website itself. We also use email, SMS and web push quite a lot and we like the email recommendation solution.
