What do you like best about Insider?

The quality of data obtained by Insider and passed onto our business has been extremely valuable. We are able to act on users’ future behaviours through predictive segments, something we were not able to do previously. What do you like best about Insider?

Insider offers a diverse range of flexible, easy-to-use templates to make our website more interactive for our users. We use web push, the spinning wheel, and their banner overlay templates to build a completely engaging website experience for our users. With the banner overlay, for instance, we were able to achieve a significant increase in session duration of 134%.

We have observed that using Insider, web push has become an important channel for us which enables us to re-engage our website visitors and bring them back. By being able to automate our push notifications, Insider has helped us become more efficient than ever, while also delivering results that are promising. Using their web push, too, we got some desirable campaign results, contributing to almost 2% of our total traffic. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Insider?

Insider's panel show's real time results and data from each campaign. However, the data is a bit hard to understand without further information or explanation on the panel. Most of the time we rely on the consultant to help us understand where the numbers coming from. What problems is Insider solving and how is that benefiting you?

We wanted to increase and improve the traffic and its quality coming into our website. We also needed solutions to help us increase the exposure for our marketing campaigns and better user engagement. Insider’s web push solved the problem of traffic for us, and their onsite templates like the banner overlay and spinning wheel solved the problem of improving user engagement and retention. What do you like best about Insider?

Insider’s ready to use templates worked really well for us for improving the UX and enhancing interactions on the website. We were also able to easily track the performance of our website in real-time. They have the best customer success team that’s always ready to give their partners the best support, solutions, and experience. We have only used their Web Suite so far to improve onsite experiences for website visitors but would surely love to try out their other products in the near future. What problems is Insider solving and how is that benefiting you?

Using Insider, we were able to proactively create scripts to guide and engage our potential customers better on our website and we could do that only because their digital team supported us at every step. The best part was that there was no help needed from the IT team. With the implementations and changes that we made on our website considering their growth team’s suggestions, our product page views for various categories went up from 66% to 700%.

Another amazing improvement that happened after collaborating with Insider was 11.8% growth in CR. Despite we had traffic on our website, views on product pages were not so high but Insider’s digital team added a few top search keywords in the script to direct visitors to our product pages, resulting in 195% increase in page views. What do you like best about Insider?

The Insider platform excels easy to implement Google Tag Manager Integration and with support from their technical team, our integration was super smooth. Their Architect and Personalisation modules are next level with easy to use drag and drop campaigns builder. Insider has provided valuable data from A/B testing landing pages, website elements and variouse email and other communication channels A/B test data to sharpen our marketing strategy and draft nice marketing materials. Insider also helping us to make an urgent camapigns to test the data, build Architect journeys to target our potential customer on their buying journey and most imprtantly the reporting to understand overall impact. What do you like best about Insider?

Insider has a number of features and products which we love however, I must say that their support team is brilliant and probably the best in the business when it comes to going over and beyond for their clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We have mentioned to our account managers that we would Insider to expand their Web templates selection as well as making the template builder /Onsite Experiment module to be a bit more intuitive i.e. Someone with 0 or Little knowledge of coding should be able to easily create a web template. What problems is Insider solving and how is that benefiting you?

Insider is helping us integrate our CRM Data with our Email & SMS marketing function whilst providing us with user interaction data and audience segmentation which was proving to be difficult in the past. Additionally, Insider has been extremely useful in creating web templates and experiments for us to conduct A/B tests on our landing pages. What do you like best about Insider?

We have been using many tools from Insider such as Onsite, WebPush, and Smart Recommender. Though all the tools we have used are best in their own right and we intend to use a couple of more tools in the near future, my personal favorite is the Smart Recommender. It's truly transformed the user experience, and now we are able to showcase exactly what they wish to see which nudges their sweet spot and we are able to get conversions in a jiffy. We had unsatisfactory sales per click and an overall low conversion rate. By utilizing Onsite, Web push, and Smart Recommender by Insider we were able to get a 2% uplift in conversion rate, a 70% uplift in add to cart rates, and an incremental revenue of 33k. Digital transformation of our online presence was one of our biggest challenges, and it was also our primary goal while we were evaluating our options. When we came across Insider, we thought that some promises were too good to be true. But it turns out we had underestimated the platform. We were able to increase the engagement on our website, improve our conversion rates and also optimize the customer journey and the booking (conversion) workflow on our site. What do you like best about Insider?

Insider is a very potent, all-in-one platform that functions smoothly like clockwork. It has proven highly capable and effective for us, and we have witnessed consistent growth in CTR using their Smart Recommender. Revenue from these clicks make up almost 24% of the overall website revenue, so we are quite happy with the growth we have achieved using Insider.

The team has also been very helpful in shaping an O2O strategy that works. The biggest advantage that we have had from using Insider is how we now have to use only one platform to carry out many different marketing functions as opposed to separate individual tools that are hard to keep track of. By eliminating these silos in our work flow, Insider has effectively made our marketing team more productive and efficient.

Insider’s Customer Data Platform has helped us integrate data that existed in silos and bring it into one central location from where we could gain actionable insights to launch campaigns across channels. Insider’s AI-powered Smart recommender was perfectly optimized with our website and kept users on it by delivering results that were relevant to their searches. Also, if there wasn’t enough data to evaluate users' behavior it showed some outcomes that they would appreciate rather than not offering any result. This retained our customer's interest in us and helped our team to create an enriching experience for them that drove our engagement rate and ultimately worked to rapidly sell our products. The algorithm was flawless, but we required some help getting accustomed to the platform. Their customer support team worked parallelly with us to guide us to newer features and capabilities that were in line and allowed us to fully utilize the tool's features. Our brand was experiencing challenges with low traffic and engagement due to low user attention spans and poorly optimized search results, but Smart recommender AI segmentation helped us with this problem by filtering results for each user based on their prior searches and browsing behavior. I feel Insider is a powerful tool and helped us in addressing various challenges in the past month.
