For me the best part is analytics. You can tailor your metrics whatever you need. It’s perfect to prepare your reports on social media and to compare your performance with that of your industry. Of course it is also great to schedule posts, and even better if you manage many accounts. And they are getting better every day, introducing new features.

I like being able to schedule everything in one place and post to multiple platforms at the same time. I can preview everything and view analytics all in one place. It seems that Hootsuite has prioritised customer and partner feedback regarding key features and frustrations. Their constant rollout of new features and improved older features really shows that they are listening to their customers as opposed to just throwing out features for the sake of it. Their current backend admin setup between Hootsuite Enterprise and Inbox 2.0 needs much work. I feel like these two modules will have completely different teams and use cases that the 1-size fits all organisation admin setup is limiting, especially with enterprise organisations with many teams and socials to navigate.
