Hootsuite is an all-in-one solution for our office. It is easy to post to multiple platforms and very easy to use. It makes marketing for social media a snap. I use the AI function regularly if I am struggling with a message to my audience. Amazing! If not for Hootsuite, I would be spending unnecessary amounts of time posting to each platform. The social listening which was recently introduced, I didn't like that it was for only Enterprise plan. I think it would be helpful to open it up to all plans and create tiers for it based on what plan a user is on. This way every hootsuite user can benefit from it even if it is one or two socal listening functions.
I also don't like that for the industry benchmarking feature, aviation is not listed under the industry categories so it's difficult to get the exact benchmarking for my company.
