The benefits of Hootsuite for me are as follows:
1. The ability to schedule social media posts helps me work smarter and saves me time.
2. The ability to retrieve Social Media Analytics means I can very easily get the data I need for my monthly report.
3. The ability to have multiple SM platforms saves me time.
4. It's very easy to use, i.e editing and scheduling posts is very simple Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
When a social media platform disconnects for some reason or a sheduled post won't post! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like that I can schedule posts to Facebook and Instagram at the same time. The interface is much easier to use than Meta's for scheduling. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I wish we could tag Instagram users directly in Hootsuite like we can for Facebook. Because we cannot, I have to go to the Instagram profile to be sure to get the right user name, and often they vary from the user's Facebook name. It is very user friendly and provides great insight into my organization's social channels. Being able to manage multiple accounts across various platforms all in one place makes sharing events and news from my organization so much easier and effective. Being able to schedule posts, utilize duplication features, and having an AI tool to help with captions when you can't think of a unique way to say Happy Holidays has helped me exponentially. Hootsuite has been a great tool for me for the last 13 years as a social media manager. I love how easy the scheduler tool is and appreciate the frequent updates that come out. One of the biggest downsides for me in Hootsuite is their metrics/reporting tools. It's a lot of manual work and the reports are not that easy to build from scratch, they come across as messy and disorganized. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
