I have used Hootsuite for at least a decade now and the tool has always performed. The interface has changed over the years and they've added more features as needed. It integrates with Zapier which is key for me, so I can automate into the tool instead of manually create posts. While I find the cost a bit prohibitive as time passes and it keeps increasing, it does the job so I keep using it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Compared to other scheduling tools, the UX is visually stale. This doesn't bother me because I don't show it to my clients, but if I'd probably choose a nicer looking option if I ever needed clients to review the work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

First of all the best thing I know is all social media plateforms are in on place. which make is very easy to use. streams are other best option. I had a trouble with stream in past but then again I can say customer support was excellent. UI is good and easy to use. Overall i always love working with this software. Hootsuite can - at times - be its own worst enemy. This is due to the fact that linking with so many complicated social media platforms is a difficult thing to maintain, and if one policy changes at Meta or LinkedIn has a glitch, Hootsuite is affected, which isn't necessarily Hootsuite's fault. I love Hootsuite's social listening tools, the AI that they have recently installed, the calendar, the recommended posting times, and the ability to manage all my social media accounts in one place. I don't always get a notification in my inbox every time I'm tagged across my social accounts and I cannot schedule or post Reels or Shorts from Hootsuite, but no one can do that at the moment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Hootsuite has been an absolute game-changer for managing social media!

It saves loads of time by finding the correct @mentions for each platform, so there's no need to jump between apps.

It suggests hashtags and even creates AI-generated posts based on trending 'days of the year' – making content creation a breeze.

The social listening feature keeps me in the loop with what's trending, and I can quickly pull together reports to share with stakeholders.

I haven't found anything yet that I don't like about Hootsuite Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I love most:

1. Multi-channel posting from a single space

2. Customizable analytics dashboard and user interface

3. Multi chanel inbox (2.0)- all messages from social channels in a single space (without character limitations on IG) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Dislikes:

1. On IG- I am unable to switch aspect ration from square to 4x5 for carousel posts

2. LinkedIn- Wish I could tag people on posts from the Hootsuite planner

3.LinkedIn- Wish I could upload PDF documents like the native app

I like the integrations that Hootsuite offers. It allows for a one stop shop when it comes to posting to social media, allowing for more of my time to be freed up to do other things. The integrative features of Hootsuite to me is second to none and has made my user experience so seamless, effective, and efficient. The least helpful is the CRM features. I think that usability of that feature needs to be upgraded, revamp, custom fit for varying purposes. One downsides that stand out among others is the ad. For me, I think the ad features should be made exclusive without integrating it into other features like social listening and analytics. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I enjoy using the listening and analytic tools in Hootsuite! I use to use a competitor that didn't give me as much date to help strategically plan for the coming quarter -- with Hootsuite, I don't have to ever worry about that! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I think the one downside I have had as of now is that my account is often disconnected and having to reconnect a couple times a week has been frustrating, but not a reason I would leave the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The ease of going to one platform to make all of my posts, schedule in advance and set it and forget it great for not only my business but also to handle the social media for my clients as well. There isn't really much that I don't like about the software - it would be nice to be able to bold text in my posts on LinkedIn although I'm not sure that is a limitation of Hootsuite or not. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
