What do you like best about Hootsuite?

It saves a lot of time. Instead of jumping between different apps, you can plan and organize everything in one place. It’s really helpful for keeping things consistent and staying on top of your posts.

The insights and tracking are also a big plus. It gives you a clear picture of how things are performing so you can adjust as needed. Having everything in one spot makes it easier to see what’s working and what’s not. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hootsuite?

One downside is the cost. The free version is okay for basic needs, but if you want better features, the price can add up quickly.

What do you like best about Hootsuite?

I love how Hootesuite makes it easy to schedule and post on all my channels from one place. I've also used it at times when I was managing more than one company's socials, and it was so helpful to not have to sign into a different account every time. It's very easy to use. I use it every day to monitor our incoming messages and comments. I also really like the analytics feature, which sends me a monthly report so I don't have to go to each individual platform to pull reporting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hootsuite?

One of the things I don't like is that it's not always up-to-date on platform dimensions and requirements. It will say that a codec isn't accepted by a platform, but if I go to that platform directly, I can post the video with the same codec. It's not always up-to-speed. What do you like best about Hootsuite?

We have been using Hootsuite for nearly 10 years and we schedule all of our daily social media posts each week.

Over time, we have seen Hootsuite dedicated to improving its services each year. I love that I can schedule my social shares, answer questions, and make comments all in one platform.

Hootsuite is very easy to implement with a simple setup and UX that is intuitive and geared to small business owners with many tasks.

It was super easy to integrate our existing social media channels into Hoosuite's platform. With just a few clicks we were ready to create and schedule social shares.

What do you dislike about Hootsuite?

What do you like best about Hootsuite?

First, I appreciate that Hootsuite offers a discount for non-profits. My next favorite quality is that It is very user-friendly product to use. I am able to schedule across multiple social media apps. Hootsuite offers many educational opportunities- real ones- not just ones to sell their app that you do not really learn new things. I am also able to generate reports and compare social media numbers over time. I can see what is working and what isn't - what types of social media to lean into at any given time. What do you dislike about Hootsuite?

I am not sure if this is something that Hootsuite can fix or if it is an Instagram issues but I cannot schedule alt text for Instagram. I want our content to be accessible and I would really appreciate being able to schedule alt text for Insta just like I can for Facebook, LinkedIn etc. I am also hoping the Hootsuite will add Bluesky to available apps. What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?

It is important to be able to schedule across social media in one place. I have used the free options that come with different apps but it is time-consuming and you end up doing a lot of repetitive work. It also helps me compare analytics across different social media apps rather than relying on each social media apps offerings and then having to pull those together to analyze myself. The webinars offered also help me keep up-to-date on what is happening in social media- what the trends are- where to start expending effort next. What do you like best about Hootsuite?

As the only person responsible for ALL communications at our agency (including social media), Hootsuite is like having a staff person by my side to make posting easier and elevated. The AI feature is used for a majority of my posts. And, I use Hootsuite to ensure I can schedule posts out in advance, saving me time for other projects. The year end activity reports are perfect for board meetings and allow me to manage metrics in one place versus each platform. What do you dislike about Hootsuite?

The inability on Twitter to ensure I have tagged the right agency is annoying. Before it would hyper link when I hit the right tag. LinkedIn and Facebook works and I use it all the time to tag our partners which expands our reach. But for Twitter, I have to look up the handle specifically to ensure it's the correct one. What do you like best about Hootsuite?

I like the simplicity and ease of use. It has great scheduling tools as well as reporting which is very helpful. It's very easy to integrate into your daily operations and you can export almost anything from the platform to easily report and share with team members. I have used Hootsuite for years for my company and have never had any issues. If you have questions, their customer service reps are eager to help and get you answers! What do you dislike about Hootsuite?

What do you like best about Hootsuite?

I have been using Hootsuite for more than 8 years and even after considering other software platforms always have stayed with Hootsuite. It is easy to use, flexible, customizable and reliable for our brands. We are a small marketing department but Hoosuite allows us to do sophisticated posts and any given time. The scheduling is so easy to do and it makes us appear much larger than we are. It is easy to use and open to multiple users. We use it every day for posting to mulitple channels. We haven't found many issues with Hootsuite. What do you like best about Hootsuite?

Hootsuite provides convenience in its ability to easily organize posts across our 3 main social media platforms. The workflow and interface is easy to follow and promotes collaboration between our team members.

What do you dislike about Hootsuite?

Moving/editing posts can cause scheduling issues and posting errors.

The drafts section can be difficult to navigate based on the timing of drafts and locating past drafts in the folder page.
