What do you like best about Hootsuite?

I’ve been using Hootsuite for nearly a decade, and it’s been a reliable tool for managing multiple social media accounts. I love how easy it is to schedule posts in advance, which saves me time. At one point, I was handling 9 accounts across 3 businesses, and Hootsuite made it manageable. While it’s been a solid platform overall, there have been times when the interface felt a bit clunky or slow, especially with managing multiple accounts at once. What do you like best about Hootsuite?

I started using hootsuite in my first marketing role out of university. I found the tool really easy to pick up with minimal support and have continued using it to this day. I've even gone on to help colleagues who are new to the tool.

What do you dislike about Hootsuite?

Sometimes I have had problems with things certain connections to social media. When I have had issues the customer support have been able to assist me but can be annoying when it happens. Hootsuite has helped me stay organised keeping all of our social media platforms in one place. It makes scheduling posts a lot easier and can help keep our social media strategy on track during busy weeks.

What do you like best about Hootsuite?

I like scheduling and amending posts for multiple accounts in one setting. One thing that I end up using a lot is drafts. I often have images for posts on different devices, and the functionality differs from mobile to desktop, but with draft, I can add and remove pictures from one device to another with a simple click. What do you dislike about Hootsuite?

Although I like being able to edit images from device to device using drafts, having more functionality on mobile would be great, like being able to make individual changes per platform, like adjusting image size, editing text, and changing the number of images posted.

Also, having access to native features 9especially for IG) on the dashboard would streamline workflow immensely. Although it seems to have improved lately, early on when we first started using the platform, there were bugs. Lots of bugs including disconnected accounts, failed posts, and service interruptions, which were alarming, but that seems to be improving. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Hootsuite allows us to focus on what matters most - our clients and services. What do you like best about Hootsuite?

I love the ease of scheduling posts and finding data in reports that would otherwise take me forever on individual channels. The reporting is more reliable than Meta and X which changes too often and without reason. Hootsuite solves the need to hop around 4-5 different social media channels because scheduling and reporting can all be done in one place. What do you like best about Hootsuite?

Hootsuite's platform makes it extremely easy for me to plan social media posts across all of our platforms in a time-efficient manner. I use Hootsuite one to two times a week to schedule our posts. It was easy for me to learn how to navigate the platform and setting up the integration to our various social media platforms was a breeze.
