I’ve been using Hootsuite for nearly a decade, and it’s been a reliable tool for managing multiple social media accounts. I love how easy it is to schedule posts in advance, which saves me time. At one point, I was handling 9 accounts across 3 businesses, and Hootsuite made it manageable. Now, I manage just 3 accounts for my restaurant, The Lakehouse, and it continues to streamline my daily tasks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
While it’s been a solid platform overall, there have been times when the interface felt a bit clunky or slow, especially with managing multiple accounts at once. The occasional glitches with post scheduling can be frustrating. But overall, the pros far outweigh the cons. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I started using hootsuite in my first marketing role out of university. I found the tool really easy to pick up with minimal support and have continued using it to this day. I've even gone on to help colleagues who are new to the tool.
Overall working within a small company it is an amazing tool for scheduling posts especially for when I'm away or other obligations come up helping ensure our social media channels don't get neglected. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes I have had problems with things certain connections to social media. When I have had issues the customer support have been able to assist me but can be annoying when it happens. Sometimes this may not necessarily be Hootsuite's fault as it may be caused by the platforms themselves. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like scheduling and amending posts for multiple accounts in one setting. One thing that I end up using a lot is drafts. I often have images for posts on different devices, and the functionality differs from mobile to desktop, but with draft, I can add and remove pictures from one device to another with a simple click. Although I like being able to edit images from device to device using drafts, having more functionality on mobile would be great, like being able to make individual changes per platform, like adjusting image size, editing text, and changing the number of images posted.
Also, having access to native features 9especially for IG) on the dashboard would streamline workflow immensely. Although it seems to have improved lately, early on when we first started using the platform, there were bugs. Lots of bugs including disconnected accounts, failed posts, and service interruptions, which were alarming, but that seems to be improving. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I have been using Hootsuite for three years. Hootsuite is a powerful platform for scheduling and managing posts across multiple social networks, including Twitter, Facebook, and LinkedIn. The dashboard is intuitive, making organizing content calendars and collaborating with teams easy. The bulk scheduling feature saves time, and the mobile app is handy for on-the-go updates. Customer support is generally helpful, and the platform is reliable for consistent posting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The biggest drawback is the analytics, which often seem exaggerated and inconsistent with native platform data, making performance tracking unreliable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like the ability to manage multiple social media accounts in one place. The scheduling tool is particularly helpful for planning content in advance, and the user interface is intuitive and easy to navigate. It saves me a ton of time by automating posts across platforms like Twitter, LinkedIn, and Facebook. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Some of the best features are only available in the more expensive plans, which may be limiting for small businesses or solo users. Additionally, the analytics dashboard could be more customizable to suit specific campaign goals. At times, the mobile app feels a bit laggy compared to the desktop version. Hootsuite is an outstanding all-in-one platform for managing and distributing content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Threads. Once you get the hang of it, it's incredibly easy to use, with plenty of helpful hints and tips to guide you. One of its best features is automatic image resizing, which ensures your visuals look perfect on every platform without any extra effort. The centralized inbox is a huge time-saver, allowing you to view and respond to all comments and messages in one place, making community engagement seamless. The AI-powered tools are a bonus, offering smart suggestions for content, post timing, and hashtags, helping you optimize your strategy. The intuitive content calendar makes scheduling a breeze, and integrations with tools like Canva and Google Drive streamline your workflow even more. Whether you're a solo user or part of a team, Hootsuite makes managing social media efficient, organized, and genuinely enjoyable. Love this software!! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only downside is that it took a bit of time to get used to everything at first, but once this was mastered am flying.. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Hootsuite allows us to focus on what matters most - our clients and services. In the past, we spent hours every day doing content creation and working on engagements that required us to use multiple platforms for our social media tasks. Hootsuite enables us to manage all of this on a single platform. Within Hootsuite, at a glance, we can grab an overview of all of our social media channels and best of all, we are able to engage with our customers directly within Hootsuite - no more logging into multiple platforms. Using Hootsuite, we feel as though we have a dedicated new member of the team always ready to assist us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We dont have any dislikes with Hootsuite as has been an immense game changer for our business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
"What I like best about Hootsuite is its ease of use and ease of implementation. The platform is incredibly user-friendly, even for beginners, and setting it up with all our social media accounts was quick and smooth. I also appreciate the wide number of features it offers—from post scheduling and content planning to analytics and team collaboration. The ease of integration with other tools like Canva and Google Drive makes my workflow more efficient. Plus, their customer support is responsive and helpful when needed. We use Hootsuite frequently, and it’s become a central part of our daily social media operations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
While Hootsuite is powerful, the pricing can be a bit steep, especially for small businesses or solo users. Also, some features like analytics and team collaboration tools are only available on higher-tier plans. Occasionally, the platform feels a bit clunky or slow, especially when switching between accounts or loading reports. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Hootsuite has become an essential part of my social media strategy and planning process. It’s easy to use, and I love having all my social channels accessible in one place. The analytics are user-friendly, and I rely on the platform daily to keep everything organized. Setup was quick and seamless, and connecting all our accounts was a breeze. I also really appreciate the educational resources—Hootsuite’s reports and webinars are insightful, and their team is knowledgeable and great to interact with. Many of the more advanced features (like in-depth analytics or team collaboration tools) are only available on higher-tier plans, which can get pricey fast. We have a very limited budget. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I love the ease of scheduling posts and finding data in reports that would otherwise take me forever on individual channels. The reporting is more reliable than Meta and X which changes too often and without reason. The few times I have talked to anyone on the Hootsuite team, they've been incredibly helpful and easy to work with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The interface can be improved. I use tagging for reporting, and there's no easy way to add a tag after a post is published. When I export reporting, it's not turkey to be able to to share it with others on my team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Hootsuite's platform makes it extremely easy for me to plan social media posts across all of our platforms in a time-efficient manner. I use Hootsuite one to two times a week to schedule our posts. It was easy for me to learn how to navigate the platform and setting up the integration to our various social media platforms was a breeze. The few times that I've needed to contact Customer Support, they've been great and very helpful in providing me with a solution to my problems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only real issue that I've encountered is on occasion I will find that a post will not actually post as intended and will be missing from a platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
