What do you like best about HighLevel?

What I like best is there is always help for you whether you know about web browser or you don’t. They have support to help you accomplish and learn different profiles and forms on their site. And the most I notice is that the staff is very patient and calm. They gift you within 25 minutes of their time sometimes a few extra minutes but you could always sign again to receive more help. Visually, I find it quite poor, especially in the CRM section and specifically in the conversations part. I also find the notifications part poor, there's a significant lack of sound and visual notifications in the browser. The reports section is also quite weak, it needs more for the sales part. What do you like best about HighLevel?

HighLevel is an absolutely superior SaaS package. The depth of what it encompasses is astounding. So many features, it's like the new phone or new car you buy. You'll use it for a year and still find things you didn't know it can do!

If you are looking to enter the SMB support agency space, or expand your existing footprint in same, GHL is a great place to be! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HighLevel?

Honestly- I have had SOME issues with GHL, but not those that you hear. I was fearful of lack of support when I first signed up, but that is far from the truth. They are VERY supportive and capable. The truth is their platform is SO immense, we users get lost sometimes. But Support solves issues kindly, quickly , and efficiently.

The ONE issue I see most in public chats is trouble with the A2P approvals. But that is a regulatory issue, NOT a GHL issue.

It is not just a GHL problem; in truth, GHL does better than most in this area, but support competency can vary greatly from one support specialist to the next.

Since it is difficult for everyone to know everything, try segmenting staff into areas of knowledge and assigning them accordingly.

And PLEASE do not allow support to give a link to an article as an answer to a question or problem. 99% of the time, before I reach out to support, I've already searched for the answers. Giving me pages of reading to answer an urgent question is NOT helpful and casts a bad light on laziness on the organization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
