What do you like best about HighLevel?

What do you dislike about HighLevel?

There is a learning curve, as all platforms have, but there are resources to give you direction. Not all customer support agents know the answers so you get moved to higher technical support for email assistance. But every now and then you get a Customer Support agent who really knows their stuff and Saurav is one of them! Had an issue where I couldn't access an subaccount with some log in changes but he figured out how to override! Took the time to walk my account through very complicated steps. What do you like best about HighLevel?

Its simplicity. In theory the tools that the software can do should be extremely complicated to use, but GHL manages to make it simple for everyone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HighLevel?

Nothing, really. I think using GHL should be a standard for every online business.

Maybe one potential problem can be that it is not so specialized for anything, rather it is trying to solve every potential problem. Which is a phenomenal thing for me, but later I will probably use other tools to improve my services, not only the ones that the software provides. (for example Appointwise instead of ghl chatbots etc.)

But I don't even know if this is a problem or not :)

What do you like best about HighLevel?

It has a lot more tools and it keep adding more features that help run your business on one platform instead of multiple.

Customer service can be frurstrating to get a clear answer on a technical problem. The system they have to get help used to be better but I think they had to change it because of the huge influx of customers they have.
