What do you like best about HighLevel?

HighLevel has grown to be about a one stop shop for all of your business needs. The AI development that has happened in just 3 months is astronomical and I can't wait to see what they build next. The new updates that they come out with are just what the community need, and they do really care about the problems and pain points that they hear about rather than just saying they do. What do you dislike about HighLevel?

Due to the number of features it is really overwhelming to learn, especially if you don't have a basic tech understanding which in todays world is over the majority of people. It is extremely robust, but just very overwhelming to new users. What do you like best about HighLevel?

This is an all in one platform forCRM,marketting automation, client management etc. What ever work we are doing with Salesforce can be achieved here. It's very easy to use, specifically setup funnels, create campaigns and automation. It is a single tool that has multiple tools combined in it. And can replace multiple tools. What do you like best about HighLevel?

100% that I can do pretty much everything I need to run my business(s) in one place and at a price you can't really beat. Way less costly than having 4 or 5 monthly subscriptions, if not more. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HighLevel?

There is SO much you can do with HighLevel that I don't have time or the capacity to understand it all and I want to use ALL the tools NOW. haha That's not really a negative though. Everything new requires learning and based on previous experience I knew enough to learn this system pretty quickly, at least the basics. If coming in brand new, it might seem overwhelming and confusing, but there are resources. It just takes patience and practice, but I do think having tried several other things before HighLevel made learning my way around here a LOT easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about HighLevel?

What I like most is the vast array of functionality that uses the same database fields and can all be tied together in workflows to produce a desired outcome. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HighLevel?

The more you use it the more you get used to using variables. But sometimes - like with a conversational AI that can schedule an appointment - you have to tie it to a specific thing, like a specific calendar. You would expect the option that the calendar choice is a variable. Workflows can expand rappidly and become overwhelmingly big if you work with a team that all has different calendars. What do you like best about HighLevel?

I love how HighLevel constantly evolves with user-driven innovation! When you discover a new potential use or function, you submit it directly to their team. They immediately add it to a community board where agency owners like us can comment and vote. The most popular features go straight to the development team, who quickly build and release these enhancements to everyone. This collaborative approach ensures we always get what we need to serve our clients better. This is the kind of responsive partnership every agency deserves. The system's complexity is both a blessing and a challenge! While powerful, HighLevel requires a deep understanding of how all components interconnect. This complexity creates greater dependency on our team's expertise - our clients can't simply jump in and navigate independently. Interestingly, most clients prefer we handle everything for them, with CPA firms especially valuing our customized program creation. Wouldn't you agree that sometimes the very features that make a platform powerful also create barriers for the average user? This is where our specialized knowledge truly delivers value. Because it is so versatile, there is a pretty steep learning curve. Oddly there are a lot of "experts" out there who say they are experts. Not so. Let's just say I have kissed a fair share of frogs before I found a prince!!! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"I love GHL but lately I've been experimenting some major issues"
What do you like best about HighLevel?

I love the fact that we can manage all the aspects of a company in just one place. It saves a lot of time, money and effort. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HighLevel?

I love GHL but recently I just lost a major client because of several technical issues and poor support capabilities. I've noticed that a big part of the team has a very basic knowledge on how the platform work and it's very hard to find solution for important problems. The email deliverability is one major issue. I've used other platforms such as MailChimp and KIT - very simple tools - and their deliverability is great!

Also, the fact that the custom fields from the contact session and the custom fields from the opportunity section are not connected is a major set back. Clients are not tech savy and having to explain these technical issues became a red flag for them.

Also, in the opportunity section, we don't have the hability to move cards in batches or say what card we need to move, if a client has more than one. For bigger companies, this is a no go.

We're seeing a lot of improvements lately, but these basic things needs to be a priority. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
