The new updates that they come out with are just what the community need, and they do really care about the problems and pain points that they hear about rather than just saying they do. Due to the number of features it is really overwhelming to learn, especially if you don't have a basic tech understanding which in todays world is over the majority of people. It is extremely robust, but just very overwhelming to new users.
