What do you dislike about HighLevel?

There are two primary downsides to using HighLevel as your primary or all-in-one platform. First, it has a very steep learning curve. It definitely isn't for the faint of heart or those who like to wing it when it comes to training and learning a new platform. "Comprehensive CRM with Stellar Support"
What do you like best about HighLevel?

I really appreciate the 24/7 support team with HighLevel that's available all the time, even on weekends. They're never closed, which I think is the best part. Another aspect I find valuable is the workflow automation, where I can set triggers and actions, like automatically sending out an email when someone fills out a form. This adds great value to business operations. I also like that HighLevel supports extensive integrations, allowing for connection with third-party apps through simple setups, and that it has native integrations with over sixteen hundred apps. What do you dislike about HighLevel?

I think the support system could be really strong when it comes to building websites and all. There should be someone who is a specialist to actually help the clients learn because they are paying to HighLevel and then directly again signing up any other people from the market. "Versatile Automation Tool, Needs Intuitive Enhancements"
What do you like best about HighLevel?

I like HighLevel's ability to set up automations that are pretty intuitive and can be triggered with any kind of web trigger, even integrating custom code from your website. The website builder is also quite easy to use, feeling similar to Elementor. I appreciate that HighLevel offers the same value and much more functionality for less money compared to competitors like Birdeye. What do you dislike about HighLevel?

I find HighLevel not intuitive, and it takes a lot of time to run a bit of trial and error before things work right. It feels like a mediocre cafeteria that offers everything but nothing really tastes good. I think they need to update existing features instead of always focusing on new things. "Boosts Sales with Powerful SEO Automation"
What do you like best about HighLevel?

I really like HighLevel's automation features, particularly in SEO and the review management system. These features really stand out for me. As someone from a website and SEO background, I find the automation is incredibly handy. It helps my small team upsell services with ease, requiring less effort on our part. For example, while selling website design, I can include the review management system as an additional feature, which lets me charge a bit extra. This makes it very beneficial for our business. I also appreciate the website templates; they are useful when I offer a complete website setup in just three days. Overall, these aspects really help me streamline my work. Setting up HighLevel was also quite easy for me, except for the Facebook and Google Ads pixel integration, which was a bit challenging. But aside from that, everything was easy to get started with. What do you like best about HighLevel?

I have used HighLevel for clients and my own business, focusing on all marketing efforts, especially lifecycle marketing. HighLevel allowed for the easy build of funnels, which was quite beneficial. I like that it has all the features in one platform; chat, email, website, and CRM, making it a comprehensive tool. The customer profile email tracking feature is helpful as it allows me to see what emails and chats certain leads have received, enabling me to continue optimizing their lifecycle experience. What do you dislike about HighLevel?

I find the platform technologically glitchy and unreliable, almost like the Walmart of CRM platforms. It's hard to keep your email domain healthy because they share your email server with many IP addresses, and it often misfires from a tech perspective. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about HighLevel?

I like that HighLevel centralizes everything — CRM, automations, funnels, email, SMS, and scheduling — into one platform, replacing multiple tools and keeping my entire workflow organized and automated. This all-in-one setup saves me time, reduces costs, and makes my workflow simple and efficient. The main areas that could be improved in HighLevel are usability and stability in some features. The platform can feel a bit complex and overwhelming for new users, and some parts of the UI aren’t always intuitive. What do you like best about HighLevel?

I really like HighLevel's conversation inbox; it's my personal favorite feature. It lets me communicate with potential and existing customers while having a complete history and record of their account and interactions with us. Besides that, HighLevel offers a variety of features that I use both in the background and on the front end. The AI agents we previously discussed are also great, and I appreciate the ability to quickly create funnels. I love their customer support, to be honest. I think they're very fast. I love that as soon as you sign up, you have your onboarding call, and they incentivize you by adding $25 into your wallet if you attend, to make sure you're actually successful with your journey. I find HighLevel flexible and easy to use. It's very easy to set up and helps us keep all our customer data in one place. It streamlines the collection of data on new leads and prospects. I also appreciate the affordable pricing compared to our previous tool, HubSpot, which included many features we never used. We use HighLevel to maintain our customer list and deals, send marketing emails, and build forms for our website.
