"High Level was the last piece in the puzzle I found to build my business"
What do you like best about HighLevel?

I like the fact that you have a chance to start with a free trial to get your feet wet when you start. It's incredibly overwhelming initially, especially when you start in a place of only being partially computer literate. Their 24/7 support when you begin is incredibly responsive. I started not even understanding how Zoom worked, but just about every HL support person I talked to was patient, knowledgeable, and helpful. No one ever made me feel stupid for not understanding something, and I appreciated it. As a result, I've learned an incredible amount of information over the course of a month. Don't be afraid to let them know you understand something, or to slow down if you don't understand what they are telling you. I understand so much more than I did a month ago and I've only scratched the surface of what they offer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HighLevel?

So far, I haven't run into anything that I've disliked. They might have saved themselves some aggravation if they had sent out an announcement when they changed up the Zoom waiting room process. What do you like best about HighLevel?

Highlevel offers a vast array of applications that interact very well with each other. Highlevel goes beyond just the applications. There support has been top-notch. It is game-changing to be able to do a Zoom chat where the AI Bot first tries to assist and if unsuccessful it will initiate a Zoom session with a staff member. HighLevel has grown to be about a one stop shop for all of your business needs. The AI development that has happened in just 3 months is astronomical and I can't wait to see what they build next. The new updates that they come out with are just what the community need, and they do really care about the problems and pain points that they hear about rather than just saying they do. What do you dislike about HighLevel?

Due to the number of features it is really overwhelming to learn, especially if you don't have a basic tech understanding which in todays world is over the majority of people. It is extremely robust, but just very overwhelming to new users.
