We've been with Bob since Oct 2024 (5 months). The core module is amazing, I love how much I'm able to automate my processes, our team loves it as well.

We use Talent (switched from Lattice) and compensation. The talent module leaves to be desired when it comes to 1-1s. They will supposedly be making quite a few improvements in 2025, which is reassuring, but for now it's not the replacement to Lattice we were told it would be. Although the customer service is really helpful it would be nice to be able to jump on a call with someone when your query is a little more complex. All queries i have had have been managed satisfactorily but a call may have sped up the process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Bob has massive capabilities in supporting our company and a great range of features that assist us day-to-day. Bob is also very innovative in continually trialling and adopting more features!

HiBob stands out because it’s designed with employees in mind, not just HR teams. Unlike clunky legacy systems, everything—from requesting time off to tracking goals—feels intuitive and modern. Traditionally there are two ways of managing a payroll: in-house or outsourced. With running payroll completely in-house on a stand alone software it can be a worry to ensure that you have actioned all of the necessary obligations i.e. Standing data updates, FPS and EPS reporting, Tax code changes, student loan notices, BACS processing, pension reporting (I could go on!). On the flipside, with fully-outsourced payroll you have little visibility or control of the accuracy of the data being input, with spreadsheets flying back and forth, and long processing times which means that the inevitable last minute changes are a struggle to process correctly. With Pento you get the benefit of visibility and control, without the need for archaic manual work to do. We are fortunate to have an integration link with BambooHR so all of the changes made to employees information are transferred seamlessly to Pento with payslips transferred to Bamboo and emailed out to employees on payday. They also integrate with HMRC so tax code changes and reporting are automatic.
Edit: Unprofessional handling of communication since merger with HiBob. Have been told we either need to switch HRIS or payroll system with less than 5 months notice and no other option. As with any system implementation, there were a few speed bumps in the set-up but their support team go above and beyond to help. We have now been a Pento customer for 18 months and the amount of time I have saved has been invaluable. All of my queries (and there have been quite a few) have been dealt with in a timely fashion, with any feedback I give I feel is appreciated and taken on board.
An aspect that could use further improvment is the reporting functionality.

Hibob has been a fantastic HR platform for our team! It’s user-friendly, visually engaging, and makes it easy to manage everything from onboarding to performance reviews. The customisation options allow us to tailor it to our specific needs, and the self-service features empower employees to keep their profiles updated. The analytics and insights are also incredibly helpful for making data-driven decisions. Overall, it’s streamlined our processes and improved employee engagement—highly recommend! One area for improvement with Hibob would be for email notifications to show only a preview of shoutouts, encouraging people to click into the platform to read the full message. This way, we’d likely see more comments and emoji reactions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Even simple thngs like onboarding to scheduling reports - it's just fab!

I'd say the system is mostly user friendly but I spend a lot of time in the community hub or help center searching for answers or others that have had similar issues and come up with solutions.

Desde mi punto de vista la implementación y el seteo inicial son un poco complicados, aunque siempre contamos con el apoyo de un equipo de soporte.
