What do you like best about Leapsome?

Praises. The meeting tracking is solid, and the company information is well organized and easy to follow. It's pretty easy of understand, use and taking good integrations in our everyday processes. The customer support has been pretty fast when we have to use it. It's pretty easy to get use to it and use it every day for giving good feedback and recomendations to our partners. What do you dislike about Leapsome?

What do you like best about Leapsome?

What I like most about Leapsome is its ability to unify various people management needs into a single, integrated, and intuitive platform. Instead of relying on separate tools for performance reviews, goal setting (OKRs), continuous feedback, engagement surveys, and learning, Leapsome brings all of this together in one connected environment.

This integration allows data to flow between modules (for example, climate insights influence review cycles; OKR progress appears in individual development), which strengthens a culture of continuous feedback and learning, rather than isolated and fragmented processes.

Furthermore, the interface is accessible for managers and employees, encouraging constant use — and the automation features and intelligent suggestions facilitate the work of HR and leadership, saving time and increasing the quality of deliverables. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Leapsome?

Although it is a very comprehensive platform, Leapsome can seem a bit complex at first. As it brings together many modules (performance, OKRs, feedback, surveys, learning, analytics), the learning curve for new users — especially managers who do not use the tool daily — can be steeper than in simpler solutions.

Additionally, some workflows could be more intuitive or faster, especially when navigating between different modules or analyzing more detailed data. In larger companies, this sometimes creates the feeling that certain tasks require more clicks than necessary.

What do you like best about Leapsome?

I like that Leapsome is a very dynamic and easy-to-use platform. Honestly, the platform responds well and the UX is very good. It is valuable because it is more user-friendly than other platforms that can be more complicated to use and where you don't always get to know everything they offer. Additionally, the initial setup was very simple, as all the company's emails are already registered, allowing us to log in via SSO and the credentials are entered automatically, which was very easy. What do you dislike about Leapsome?

The issue of uploading evaluations or tracking projects. It can be overwhelming to respond to such long feedback when almost everyone in your group wants one from you. What do you like best about Leapsome?

Leapsome is very easy to use as well I must say its veru veru organized comapare to other equivalent process tool. Leapsome is also easy to implement so many different features like Scheduling meeting, Keeping meeting notes, ext...

One of many Leapsome functionality praises is its all-in-one functionality, integrating performance reviews, surveys, goal setting, and training modules into one platform.

I think Leapsome is a great paltform that helps in standardizing the review process and improving team visibility. I would like to use it more frequently as it also give me a chance to send feedback of my collegues for their awesome contribution on releasing new Project.

What do you like best about Leapsome?

I use Leapsome for daily reports and 1-1 connects. It helps me track my emails for 1-1 connects, allowing me to easily review past conversations. I like the templates for 1-1 meetings, setting up goals, and giving instant feedback. After our conversations, I can instantly enter the data in Leapsome, which allows both me and the person I had the meeting with to review what we discussed and what needs to be achieved before the next meeting. Even if I need to check back on old data after six months, I can easily jump to old meetings and review them. Plus, the initial setup was very easy to go through. What do you like best about Leapsome?

I really enjoyed the UI front of Leapsome. It's super easy to use, modern, and not overbearing. It encourages employees to put in effort and write thoughtful reviews. The built-in AI tool is amazing, prompting employees to give their best feedback without having to write a whole novel. It guides the structure of reviews effectively. What do you dislike about Leapsome?

The flow of finding the reviews was not as obvious. I think we had a lot of people who didn't know where to find their actual review. I think there's simplicity that could be added to the flow or the summary pages to help people find their reviews, because I thought it was kind of confusing to, like, click a few paces.
