Leapsome has one of the best performance managament features and they re very easy to use. One feature that I love the most is the Goals feature where we can set and track our personal as well as company goals. Also love the instant feedback feature and the Org chart. One thing that I would like to see in upcoming update is to have more things added to the dashboard. Its a minor issue, previously, when team members submitted their self-reflections, there was no notification indicating that they had completed it. However, I've noticed that with the recent update, I'm now receiving notifications via Slack, which is super helpful. So, this concern has been addressed effectively!
