I use Leapsome for surveys, 1-1s, recognition and reviews. It automates everything, which I find very useful. I really appreciate the great survey and review analytics. A feature I particularly enjoy is Leapy, the AI tool, because I can ask it any questions about my data, and it acts as an amazing assistant to fix data issues or give summaries on how we can improve. Additionally, Leapsome's integration with Slack and Teams is a huge plus for us. The cost and the available automations and workflows were big factors in our decision to switch to Leapsome from Culture Amp. From what I understand, the setup was fairly smooth. One of many Leapsome functionality praises is its all-in-one functionality, integrating performance reviews, surveys, goal setting, and training modules into one platform.

I think Leapsome is a great paltform that helps in standardizing the review process and improving team visibility. I would like to use it more frequently as it also give me a chance to send feedback of my collegues for their awesome contribution on releasing new Project.

Having used multiple tools at previous companies, I find Leapsome far more intuitive than the others. I recently completed eight trainings and several surveys, and the UI is genuinely strong. I especially like being able to track my progress, download resources, and test my understanding through the quizzes. The Slack reminders are also very helpful for staying on schedule, and they mean I don’t have to keep checking the site to see whether I have any pending tasks. I use Leapsome for daily reports and 1-1 connects. It helps me track my emails for 1-1 connects, allowing me to easily review past conversations. I like the templates for 1-1 meetings, setting up goals, and giving instant feedback. After our conversations, I can instantly enter the data in Leapsome, which allows both me and the person I had the meeting with to review what we discussed and what needs to be achieved before the next meeting. Even if I need to check back on old data after six months, I can easily jump to old meetings and review them. Plus, the initial setup was very easy to go through. I like the Slack integration because it reminds me of the things I had to do.

I would love to see it more integrated from google work space tools side, for example some plugin on Calendar to link the meeting note with meeting, something similer to zoom plugin.

The integration is not in sync with my calendar, I setup a leapsome note for a recurring meeting and this meeting time is changed it is till remind me on slack with the old time of the meeting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I think the HR functions of Leapsome work very well. Feedback, annual reviews, employee tracking, and certification seem to work very well. The main thing is that the functions that are staff-facing, like annual reviews, employee tracking through org charts, and instant feedback, are easy to use and easy to access. Leapsome's LMS leaves a lot to be desired. There are quite a few basic LMS functions that just don't exist, like the ability to assign coursework by group—you have to assign it individually, which is a huge pain. The tests only allow for select multiple questions with no option for short or long answers, select single questions, or matching. Any videos hosted in Wistia or YouTube open in a separate tab and their status is not tracked, making them easily skipped. Leapsome doesn't send notifications for new content. The UI is simple and clean. I fill up multiple forms in a year and been using leapsome for the last 2+ years and it’s been so smooth and easy to fill the forms, see the results later, download it as and when I need and more. I find Leapsome very easy to use, and I really like the integrated AI assistant. It's helpful when I'm doing performance evaluations for my team leaders because once I input their scores, it guides me on what to discuss to help them improve their performance. I think what can be improved is maybe the interface. Sometimes when I'm looking for the goals for my team members, it takes very long. Even when I've used the filter and I type it in, it says no, like, nothing found. But, obviously, the staff member will be in the system. So I think that can be improved. What I like best about Leapsome is how structured and user-friendly it is for setting goals, tracking progress, and supporting regular feedback.
