I like how everything is so organized and easy to use and when you have any issues the customer support is there to assist. I'm a recent user, I only went through my first review cycle. But as an end-user I had no issues with using the platform, it was clear and intuitive. It gives me a platform where I can easily manage all my meetings and add notes. This works well with different departments, I also really like that I can add trainings in the learning path.
