**What do you like best about Leapsome?**

We’ve had a really positive experience using Leapsome for performance management. From an admin perspective, the platform is very intuitive and easy to manage, even for more complex processes. At the same time, the user experience is simple and clear, so adoption across the team happened naturally and without additional overhead or extensive training.

One of the biggest strengths for us is the level of customization available. As administrators, we have a lot of flexibility when it comes to setting up processes, defining access levels, and managing visibility across different parts of the platform, which makes it easy to adapt Leapsome to our internal needs and workflows.

Another standout aspect is the quality of the onboarding and learning materials. The resources are thoughtfully structured, easy to follow, and genuinely helpful both during implementation and for ongoing platform usage.

**What do you dislike about Leapsome?**

At this stage, we’re still running our first cycle with Leapsome, so it feels a bit early to point out any major drawbacks or systemic improvements. So far, the experience has been very positive overall. Any feedback we currently have would mostly fall into the category of smaller product improvements or feature refinements rather than anything fundamentally missing or problematic.

**What problems is Leapsome solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Leapsome, we didn’t have a centralized platform for performance management, so one of the biggest benefits for us is having a single system that integrates the entire process in a structured and easy-to-follow way. It has significantly improved visibility and consistency, both from an administrative and employee perspective.

Another important advantage is that the platform feels lightweight for employees — it doesn’t create unnecessary overhead, which helped with adoption and engagement from the start. The onboarding experience and intuitive interface also made implementation much smoother for our team.

We’re also looking forward to exploring the analytics capabilities more deeply over time. Since we’re still in the early stages of setting up and running our cycles, we recognize that getting the most value from analytics also depends on how well we continue to refine and optimize our own processes internally.

Leapsome is a premium people enablement platform that feels worth its price tag. The UI is clean and easy to navigate, performance stays reliable even at scale, and the integrations with tools like Slack and BambooHR are solid. Onboarding and customer support are real highlights as well, thanks to dedicated CSMs and consistently fast response times. The AI features are already proving useful, especially the feedback-writing assistant, and they continue to get stronger over time.

Before we started using Leapsome, everything felt scattered. Reviews were in one place, goals somewhere else, and we barely had any engagement data to work with. Now, everything is together in one platform, and that alone has made a huge difference for our team.

Managers come into performance conversations prepared, and employees have a clear understanding of what’s expected of them. Instead of only realizing someone is disengaged when they decide to leave, we’re able to spot those signs early and take action.

The AI writing assistant has quietly become a favorite. It helps managers give feedback that’s actually meaningful, rather than just generic comments to get through the review cycle.

We’re not perfect, but Leapsome has helped us be much more intentional about how we support and develop our people. We’re seeing the impact in our retention numbers and in the way managers talk about leading their teams. It really feels like we finally have the right foundation in place.

**What do you like best about Leapsome?**

In my work, I use Leapsome mainly for performance reviews, goal tracking, peer feedback, and 1:1 discussions. Earlier, review comments and action items were usually scattered across mails or separate notes, which made follow-ups difficult during review cycles.

What I like most is that everything stays organized in one place. Before manager discussions, I can quickly check previous feedback, pending action items, and goal progress without searching through multiple documents.

During one quarterly review cycle, I used the peer feedback and praise features to collect inputs from team members, which made the discussion more structured and transparent.
I also receive reminders for pending reviews and feedback activities directly during work, which helps avoid missing deadlines during busy project schedules.

Another useful part is that review comments and summaries become easier to organize, so preparing self-reviews or feedback discussions takes less manual effort.The platform was also easy to start using because the layout and workflow felt straightforward even during initial usage.

Earlier, many discussions happened through meetings or chats, and after a few months it became difficult to refer back to specific commitments or feedback shared during earlier reviews.

Leapsome helped solve this by maintaining structured records of goals, feedback, and review conversations in one place. For example, during a recent review cycle, I was able to compare current performance discussions with feedback from previous quarters and clearly identify areas where improvement had happened over time.
It also made coordination with managers and team members easier because action items and review discussions stayed documented instead of depending on memory or scattered notes.

The reminders and tracking features helped maintain continuity during busy project periods, especially when multiple tasks and deadlines were running in parallel.

It has been really helpful to be able to prepare my 1:1 annotations at any time, allowing me to track my progress effortlessly throughout the week.

The praise system gives everyone a sense of accomplishment and provides a rewarding feeling that makes the overall environment feel more human.

My team uses the peer review feature every quarter, and it consistently helps us identify areas for improvement among our colleagues.

What I really love is how quickly everything saves, and how my peers can see the changes I make in documents in real time.

Our company has also configured praise messages to be sent automatically to a Slack channel, giving us full visibility without needing to open the Leapsome dashboard.

**What do you dislike about Leapsome?**

I’d really like an option to remove old items from meetings that didn’t happen. If, for any reason, I’m not able to have a 1:1 meeting, all the items still show up when I take the next one, which is helpful. However, it would be really nice to have a way to clear them all at once.

We use it for surveys of any sort, 1:1 meeting tracking, peer reviews, and performance reviews.

I don't even remember the name of the previous tool that we were using but Leapsome definitely proved its worth, and we haven't even considered other options since then. It feels really smooth to open the dashboard and work with it.

I use Leapsome to centralize my profile, goals, reviews, feedback, and learning paths, which helps me to be more organized in my development within the company and to track objectives. I love the feedback part because when I feel lost, I can ask our leads or coworkers to give us feedback, which allows me to have a clear channel to ask for guidance. I enjoy how easily it activates when opening the link and the centralization of everything in one space. The employee directory makes it easy for me to search when I need a colleague's name, speeding up the search for people within the company. The initial setup of Leapsome was very simple, and I had no problems.

I believe much more could be gained if there were greater clarity or guidance on what can be done within Leapsome, to use it more fully on a day-to-day basis. It would also help if some functions were even more intuitive at first glance, especially for those of us who only access certain sections and do not necessarily know the entire tool. Rather, I feel that we are still not familiar with Leapsome; training and integration are needed to make the most of it and not just remain with a partial tool.

I find Leapsome very easy and convenient to use, with a UI that is good and user-friendly. I really like the design and the convenience of using Leapsome. I find Leapsome incredibly good at making sure everything is tracked and has a good scope for all the different ways to track progress. It provides great reminders throughout the year, helping me stay on top of everything. I also appreciate the fantastic customer service and how easy it is to use. Switching from Google Sheets and Google Docs, Leapsome brings everything together in one smart platform, making sure my team is connected and communicative about our objectives, and it visually displays our progress across the year. Additionally, setting up Leapsome was extremely easy.

Honestly nothing to report. I did once lose my progress, but later learnt that was as I had leapsome open in multiple tabs, so now that I've been more careful, everything is saved efficiently.

I like that Leapsome is really easy to access, and I really appreciate having the option to set my own goals and plan for the future. It's extremely easy, really intuitive, and I don't even think you need a tutorial to use it. It just makes things quite easy. Having one place where I can concentrate on giving praise and highlighting the good things my coworkers have done is really useful for me. It's also nice to see the praise you receive from coworkers because it feels good and is motivating.

I will say maybe it will be better if you will be able to keep something besides a review, like a written review, maybe something like an sticker or like a like or something of that category, right, that allow you to, to don't have the need to to write down a whole thing and just let you let the other person know that it was a pleasure working with him or her.

The integration is not in sync with my calendar, I setup a leapsome note for a recurring meeting and this meeting time is changed it is till remind me on slack with the old time of the meeting.

I think the HR functions of Leapsome work very well. Feedback, annual reviews, employee tracking, and certification seem to work very well. The main thing is that the functions that are staff-facing, like annual reviews, employee tracking through org charts, and instant feedback, are easy to use and easy to access.

Leapsome's LMS leaves a lot to be desired. There are quite a few basic LMS functions that just don't exist, like the ability to assign coursework by group—you have to assign it individually, which is a huge pain. The tests only allow for select multiple questions with no option for short or long answers, select single questions, or matching. Any videos hosted in Wistia or YouTube open in a separate tab and their status is not tracked, making them easily skipped. Leapsome doesn't send notifications for new content. There's a lot of obvious features missing in their learning management system.

I really enjoyed the UI front of Leapsome. It's super easy to use, modern, and not overbearing. It encourages employees to put in effort and write thoughtful reviews. The built-in AI tool is amazing, prompting employees to give their best feedback without having to write a whole novel. It guides the structure of reviews effectively. Everything being well-managed within the tool makes it easy to use as a manager and a function leader.

**What do you dislike about Leapsome?**

The flow of finding the reviews was not as obvious. I think we had a lot of people who didn't know where to find their actual review. I think there's simplicity that could be added to the flow or the summary pages to help people find their reviews, because I thought it was kind of confusing to, like, click a few paces. The other thing is there were two glitches that happened. But outside of that, it was perfect.

The only weird thing I’ve noticed is in the training section: sometimes the contrast is really bad, which makes some parts difficult to read.

For me it solves all the HR management of my work relation. Everything related to documents, contracts, payslips, timeoff management, even how does my team look like is there. The application is fast and responsive which always comes handy. **What do you like best about Leapsome?**

I love how easy it is to use Leapsome and its visual is very simple, not heavy at all. The tracking of the quarterly evaluations conducted by my manager is particularly specific and can be seen in a clearer and more organized way. Additionally, Leapsome notifies me when I have an upcoming meeting and generates a super useful summary for me, so I no longer miss my meetings. I also highlight how easy the initial setup was, I just had to register with the company email. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone in the corporate world.

**What do you dislike about Leapsome?**

Something very simple, and that the emojis for the posts be a bit more updated, they look a bit old. Make the design more updated, the color brighter, and overall the design look more current.

I like that Leapsome is quite easy to use and isn't overengineered, which makes it simple for HR. Uploading videos and training sessions is straightforward, which I find valuable. I also appreciate the features related to annual and peer reviews. They make managing the process for a company of about 70 people much easier. Overall, the setup was quite easy, as it's not a difficult app to handle.

I think you can do a bit more of, like, reminders. Maybe, measures where you don't overload team members so much with reviews all of a sudden. And you can maybe do, like, reminders daily on at least one employee, for example. So it makes it easier for them to finalize it.

I think Leapsome helps document and collect all feedback from employees, and assign trainings to relevant team members.

I use Leapsome at work for surveys, tests, goals, and reviews for peers and managers. It keeps everything in one place, which is super important in a big corporate environment. The user interface is fantastic and super easy to use, never lags, and props to the tech team for that. I love taking all the trainings there and being able to easily track my previous trainings to review and get better. All surveys, learning, and company documents are conveniently accessible, which is highly valued for my role as an HR specialist. I also like the communications from Leapsome, as it's not spamming my email or Slack; it sends only what needs to be sent. The initial setup was one of the easiest things I did during my onboarding, super smooth. Overall, I would rate it a 10, and I would recommend it to a friend or colleague without hesitation.

While I was an intern I saw some things that were not accessible for me. I think it'd be good to not see it at all then.
