It's a fun, collaborative space, that I look forward to using, enjoy the experience as I use it, and actually continue to get joy out of giving and receiving positive feedback to my colleagues. The more I use Leapsome, the more I want to use Leapsome! There are so many great ways to encourage and recognize peers. I love the connectivity provided to the rest of my colleagues around the globe. I love the ability to recognize their positive efforts company-wide and in a fun, engaging way.
From the HR side, so far, so good! It's easy to download reports, easy to carry points from one meeting to the next, and easy to keep track of agenda items. The launch of Leapsome at my company has been so seamless and smooth. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The various interactive tools within the modules make them interesting and easy to understand. Also the flow between the topics, the videos and the graphs ensure the delivery is smooth and enjoyable. Leapsome is UX/UI friendly, a tool to compile single-place feedback, praises, career conversations, course tracking, and goals set up. It's complete! Easy and fun to use. The only thing in my opinion that could have an improvement is Goal management, when you have more than 1 person assigned to the goal sometimes it's complicated to understand how to set the status for the goal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sometimes it is hard to navigate to specific location.
It's hard to see how visible your feedback is and who views it.

On the 'Home Page' it would be nice to have a Progress Bar. When I was filling my assessment, sometime the page doesn't show all forms, this is horrible because I have to setting the page size to get read all the forms question. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
