What do you like best about Leapsome?

It's a very agile tool, for example, when a feedback cycle is open you can still make changes. There are a lot of easy automations as well that makes the life of HRBPs very easy, for example, assinging leadership competencies automatically, when someone is a leader. Best I like the support from Leapsome, our Customer Success contact person (Eva Reuter) is always responsive within 2 hours and provides helpful support! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sometimes there are issues between our HRIS and Leapsome that brings challenges. This is rather limited. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Leapsome?

Accuracy. The provider has been proven to be a smooth and accurate People Enablement Software with a very logical and straightforward interface. I've been using this platform for the last 2 and a half years in order to provide feedback for my team and never had any issues. What do you dislike about Leapsome?

I've never had any issues regarding this software product and it is hard for me to think about anything that went wrong. As an user, I find Leapsome as very interactive. Personally, I would reccomend everyone to give it a chance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Leapsome is helping me to interact with my team in a smart and proffessional way, giving the opportunity to leave feedback.
