**What do you like best about Leapsome?**

I like that Leapsome compiles and consolidates everything in one place, providing a standardized and cohesive tool for managing relationships between managers and direct reports. It's really helpful having it all in one singular tool.

**What do you dislike about Leapsome?**

The only major or core area of improvement I have for Leapsome is the meeting notes feature. It's not super intuitive when it comes to how notes from previous meetings are carried over into new meetings. I've also noticed that notes from previous meetings are being pulled erroneously into new meetings. Understanding how to set up new meetings better moving forward is really the biggest area of improvement.

**What problems is Leapsome solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Leapsome provides a more standardized and consolidated tool for managing the manager-direct report relationship. It's helpful to have everything in one cohesive tool.

Moving from the previous PM system to Leapsome has given a lot of benefits: streamlined PM process, full visibility and less manual work.

**What do you like best about Leapsome?**

I like that Leapsome provides straightforward features that aren't complicated for new users like us, especially compared to Quest, which we used before. It is more detailed, making it easier to explain and present ourselves to our managers, who can then understand and review our performances better. The integration with Outlook is very helpful as it saves time by directly linking us to the Leapsome portal in just a click. Additionally, setting it up was quite easy; I thought it would be time-consuming when switching to a new platform, but just one demo was shared, and it turned out to be self-explanatory without needing any extra guidance or HR intervention, thanks to its prompts.

**What do you dislike about Leapsome?**

As of now ,I did not encounter any situation where I disliked Leapsome .

**What problems is Leapsome solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Leapsome helps me in official goal check-ins and setting yearly, quarterly goals. It aids in requesting and providing feedback, and acts like a personal diary, helping me present myself to my manager and appreciate colleagues.

I use Leapsome for giving thanks to colleagues, and it really solved the concern of not getting rewarded inside the company. I appreciate that it exists and is specialized. The layout is usable, which is something I enjoy about the service.

Maybe a 3 min tutorial video or something. Just a sped up video mentioning all features would be great to orient users with something like Leapsome as there are plenty of people unfamiliar with the concept.

Leapsome solves the concern of not getting recognized internally and helps in expressing gratitude to colleagues.

I use Leapsome for notifications of company projects that need to be completed and company surveys. I like how it makes it very fast and simple for us to answer the items we need to. It's great that we just have to click on the notification, and it takes us to the latest task to complete, which makes things very easy. This process saves me time for completing other duties. For me, using it has been quite easy every time.

**What do you like best about Leapsome?**

I use Leapsome in my work to record our objectives and goals quarterly. There are also uploaded training videos that are available for learning more about our company. I really appreciate the ease of navigation and the professional design. The website is also very organized and smooth, which I find important, especially for newbies who may not be familiar with Leapsome. It's so organized that it's easy to find the features needed without help. I also find the font style and colors pleasing to the eyes. Additionally, it was very easy for me to set up and quickly see the trainings and videos I needed to complete.

**What do you dislike about Leapsome?**

I guess, Leapsome should include a feature that will separate Leapsome videos for Managers and Juniors. Because I am a Junior Quality Control but I see Managerial training videos on my Leapsome.

Leapsome helps me learn about company policies and culture with its introduction videos. It's organized and easy to navigate, reducing the need for guidance. However, it could improve by separating videos for different roles, like juniors and managers.

I use Leapsome for my fortnightly catchups with my manager, setting career goals, and work appraisals. I love that during the fortnight before my manager's catchup, I can write down any concerns, goals, needs for help or resourcing, and general thoughts about work. It's also great because it's very intuitive and easy to use. The Meetings component stands out for me because it can be tailor-made to meet mine and our organisation's goals, with discussion prompts to guide us. I also love that I can jot things down in Leapsome whenever a thought arises for my catchup with my manager. The initial setup was very straightforward. Overall, it's a brilliant piece of software.

There is nothing I don't like about Leapsome.

I like how Leapsome has centralized our feedback process, and I appreciate the feature for sending kudos using Leapsome's praise feature. I also find it useful for setting yearly goals within my team. The feedback feature is comprehensive, and I like how the steps are communicated clearly and I'm notified via Slack and email. Having everything centralized in one place is a huge improvement, as now even HR and upper management have access to all the feedback, unlike the previous spreadsheets.

When I used Leapsome to handle my 1:1 notes, there was something not working for me and my report. In Google docs, we can both write in real time and keep a clear agenda based on dates. On Leapsome, that was a bit too structured, and we dropped it after some tries. The move was okay but it needed a lot of training for both managers and HR people.

I use Leapsome for performance cycle reviews and performance evaluations at the end of each project. I find the workflow clear, with helpful reminders and an intuitive dashboard that makes it easy for me to keep my tasks updated. I appreciate the easy integration with MS Teams, which sends me reminders via email and chat, so I don't need to add tasks to my agenda elsewhere. Leapsome sends me a chat in MS Teams with a direct link to my dashboard, providing easy access in a tool I use daily. Automated reminders ensure I don't forget important tasks, and the overall ease of use is great. The initial setup was very easy, so much so that I can't even remember the details.

**What do you dislike about Leapsome?**

The look and feel of the forms could be better. It's a little bland, functional but bland. Filling those forms can be boring. It's not entirely clear what is a must and what is optional, and to get more details on the descriptions, I need to open other files rather than having the definitions on the Leapsome platform.

Everything! It has amazing UX, suggestions for their own modules, and never had any technical issues or performance bugs. It integrates easily to many other systems and platforms. Haven't had the chance to use their AI tools yet, but I bet they work as good as the rest of features. I think it's a very cost-effective platform, compared to others in the market.

The goal cycle and learning paths are extremely valuable for supporting employee development. Their clear structure provides an excellent foundation for meaningful discussions between employees and managers, helping to guide and analyse career growth and future development opportunities.

**What do you dislike about Leapsome?**

Some features can be quite manual to set up. For example, creating our absence policies was very time-consuming, both in setting them up initially and then assigning them to each employee. An ideal improvement would be an upload template, similar to the one used for personal details, allowing policies to be uploaded in bulk and automatically populated for the relevant employees.

**What problems is Leapsome solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our previous system lacked the ability to set goals or support areas for employee development. Now that we have Leapsome, we are excited about the possibility of developing our own learning paths, where employees can access and complete meaningful courses that support their growth and progression, all within one system. By hosting this training in Leapsome, we can also access valuable analytical data to understand engagement levels and assess how positively the courses are received.

I use Leapsome for strategic OKRs targeting by quarters. I love how OKRs can be set at the SLT level, recorded, and agreed upon in Leapsome. It's easy to track progress and pivot if needed, ensuring we achieve our goals. The platform also makes it simple to cascade and refine OKRs for our teams. Adding and sharing OKRs is straightforward, which saves time. The initial setup was very easy, and I switched from Excel because managing it was painful.

It would be good to have a report or changes history and date/time stamp with an OKR was added.

I use Leapsome to set and track OKRs easily at the SLT level. It helps ensure we achieve goals and pivot if needed. Adding and sharing OKRs saves time, and cascading them refines team objectives.

I really like Leapsome's user interface because it is clear and smooth, making the setup process easy. I appreciate its integration with other apps, as it works well with Personio, Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and all Office 365 software. Each feature and attribute can be designated as needed, and it's nice that we can update or assign them according to our team's requirements. The traceability feature is great too, as it helps prevent miscalculations or human errors.

In the learning section and quiz attributes, it should have a post-test and pre-test menu calculation and recapitulation of attendance list.

I love the 'praises' on Leapsome, they are without a doubt what I like the most. I also enjoy being able to see the meeting notes. It's cool to have all the information at hand without needing to search for it, which greatly facilitates teamwork and makes people feel happier.

I don't like the many meeting reminders. It would be better if they weren't so constant, as other applications do it too.

I love the fact that it can be sent as a link via email or accessed through the website, making it more convenient. It's been very helpful for me since, in the past, my organization had documented goals that managers might not have evaluated very well, and my boss would often believe my manager. However, with Leapsome, I can give everyone a unified view of my work. The fact that my entire organization has now switched to Leapsome from using paperwork is a testament to its effectiveness. Paperwork used to cause delays and lost documents throughout the organization, and I needed a solution that could share documents for everyone in the organization to see, and Leapsome filled that need perfectly. I appreciate how easy it is to set up by myself, and I would definitely recommend it to other organizations to try.
