What I like most about Leapsome is that the platform is very good and easy to use. My entire team adapted to it quickly and without issues. In the beggining I thought it was just a platform for the company better track the data for our annual review. Now I can use to track my own goals disregarding of my team's or company incentives and also use it to keep a perfect track of all my 1:1 meetings with my leadershop. I am very grateful for the Agent I have become because of Leapsome. I receive my weekly reviews based on my performance and this has helped me work on myself, allowing me to become the best Agent I can be.

My success and improvements are very important, along with being able to acknowledge and voice my opinion. Leapsome allows me to do that on each review that I get. Leapsome is an awesome tool to help keep up to date with personal goals as well as goals for staff. As well as being able to have the views of staff through surveys which can be private.
