Leapsome has transformed how we do performance reviews, give instant feedback and track our goals. It's made it so much easier to complete fair, transparent and consistent performance reviews and help with career development. The personal goals element is also great. The ability to give and recieve feedback is great. It integreates seamlessly with BambooHR. Customer support has always been very helpful and quick to respond. The goals module - it's lacking a compelte dashbaord for senior leaders to see how company is performing overall. The lack of abiltiy to change the progress status terms - it would be great if it was more flexible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I am not sure if this has to do with Leapsome or internal company regulation but there should be a way to get feedback also from contractors . Since they are not officially employed there should be a way that we can include the request with the email of the person (and then maybe the manager needs to approve before it goes through) so that if found relevant by manager we are still able to get feedback from these peers.

For the quarterly mission, I did not find it very user friendly. Was not clear to me how to add specific goals - maybe should have been set up differently by the manager?

At the end I could only copy and paste my document but maybe when the time comes to include one's mission, there should be a tutorial or an icon with question mark where it explains how to do that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Most helpful about Leapsome is that you can have a all-in one access. Good platform for writing performance reviews but also to collect feedback via Surveys.

The analytics tool makes it easy to track and compare progress over time. Additionally, the filter feature in both the review and analytics modules enables the viewing of progress within a review cycle and compare results across different dimensions, such as cycles and perspectives.

The survey module is also promising, offering recommended questions for various types of surveys. Although we accidentally created and activated a survey without realizing we hadn’t subscribed to the module, our account manager, Sophie, graciously waived the charge. Nothing as of now. I love it and just a feedback to be future ready if can build a graph modelled dashboard with comparative of last survey versus now. As we are prepping these manually now. if any analytics worked around this would be great add so it reduces the manual effort and we can present the same within our Business. saves time and. ore dynamic and Business friendly. The layout is great and userfriendly which makes it easy to use. Can be implemented and applies for various uses for employee /manager feedback . Is used frequently within the year.
