Personio kann für Anfänger vielleicht erstmal etwas überfordernd rüber kommen, da man viele Optionen hat und nicht richtig weiß, wo man anfagen soll und wo man aufhören soll. It is easy to use, and the user interface is intuitive. I specifically like the calendar—it's easy to find out who is on holiday, whether it’s someone from my team or anyone else in the company. Everything is nicely displayed visually in the calendar. Additionally, I can quickly find out who reports to whom and who is in the same team. The interface is very user-friendly. It is easy to find things and put in requests etc. I use it frequently to put in requests for holidays and keep track of requests. It is easily integrated with my outlook calendar and updates automatically. The interface is simple and easily implemented across our company. Personio is extremely user-friendly! It has a clean interface that's easy to navigate. The shortcuts on the home page are a useful feature to quickly access key information and the open tasks feature ensures that I won't miss any deadlines. With a lot of ongoing tasks, this is a non-negotiable for me!

It's also very helpful to have all my documents available in one place in my profile so that I can either check my contract or update any information. It takes seconds to locate the contract I signed 6 months ago.

I honestly like almost everything about Personio. It’s an all-in-one platform that makes managing HR tasks simple and efficient. I am using Personio to monitor my worktimes and ask for paid leave. Both work very well, I have a monthly view, showing me the worked hours, how many are left and how many hours are not "bookable" (i.e. paid leave or public holidays). I can also directly select days for paid leave, select a substitute. Approval from my direct manager is also done in Personio.

Personio is very user-friendly. The interface is clean, and most tasks, like managing leave requests, tracking my working time, or accessing payroll details, are straightforward. However, some advanced features might take a bit of time to figure out (as with anything, really).

Setting up the system was smooth, and the onboarding process was clear. The support team is reliable and quick to respond (I work in Customer Service, so I know when a service is lacking).

There’s a ton packed into Personio, from contract information and payroll to managing absences—basically all that I need as a worker. I’m sure that as a leader, there are plenty of features to help manage the team, although I’m not familiar with them.

As a company, we rely on Personio daily to manage our working hours. Recently, I needed precise information on my contract details for renting and visa purposes, and I’ve never had such easy access to everything I needed. It’s really refreshing.

Maybe it’s our company’s issue, but it seems there’s no way to mark days when I don’t work as "free days" without having to add an "absence" to it.

I work on random days (not a fixed Monday-to-Friday schedule), so the fact that there’s an alert on some days saying "Missing time card" and that it subtracts that time from my total hours worked is unbelievably annoying.

I also noticed that the little window that showed how long I’ve been working at the company (a simple tracker displaying the years, months, and days) disappeared. I loved seeing how long I’ve been working every day, but I’m aware this is just nitpicking. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

- The quality of support and responses is highly dependent on the individuals (during the implementation phase; with the premium support, I have only had good experiences so far).

- When implementing the solution, we repeatedly noticed that the implementation of features is not detailed enough to cover our requirements (e.g., vacation quotas outside the country models offered in the template).

- We very painfully miss a complete audit log, in which all changes to the system are truly recorded (e.g., changes to access rights in individual roles).

- Changes to the product occasionally led to problems or at least irritations on our side (e.g., adjustment of holiday calendars) - we would have greatly appreciated prior information here. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I find Personio incredibly easy to navigate and use in my daily tasks. Everything is Intuitive and straightfoward to use. I am able to easily track my time, and have quick access to all my Vacations, contracts, and personal HR information. The tool also works well for performance reviews and surveys. Finally, I like the integration Personio has with google and slack, automatically updating my calendar and status based on what I input into Personio Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I don't like, is that sometimes out of the blue where features are placed in Personio suddenly changes, sometimes for the better and sometimes for the worse.
