What do you like best about Personio?

Personio is one of the best HR tools I have used so far. At first, I didn't have high expectations, but after using it daily for several years, it became easier and easier to work with. It greatly helps in organizing, documenting, and efficiently managing daily to-dos in the HR field.

What I particularly like is the ability to customize many things individually – for example, adding additional holidays for other countries, creating custom feedback cycles, or incorporating automatic calendar notifications. The integration of payroll functions and the clear presentation of all relevant data are also excellently implemented.

I actually like everything about Personio. For HR teams, it is a very well-designed tool and, in my opinion, could be used as standard software in companies worldwide. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Personio solving and how is that benefiting you?

Personio is an HR management tool that can map many – if not all – HR processes in a single software.

This makes it easier and faster to organize daily business, and everyone can access relevant information upon request.

Personio is not only helpful for HR administrators but also for the employees themselves: Every employee can have their own account to update their data, view vacation plans, track onboarding appointments, and much more.

What do you dislike about Personio?

SSO was a core feature I needed, which was clear in the sales process and was made available. 6 months in, they have told me it's "not part of my package" but I'm welcome to pay more for it. Despite showing the emails from the sales team discussing SSO as a feature, "they are unable to do anything about it"

Having seen other reviews about deceitful contracts, I can only presume they are struggling.

Other support requests take ages to get an answer. You get there, but I wouldn't list them as helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
