I love how HiBob HRIS provides a centralised platform for all employee information, which we previously lacked. It significantly streamlines our performance review process and makes onboarding and offboarding processes much smoother. The ability to access real-time analytics on our employee data and survey results is invaluable, and I appreciate the anonymous mechanism it provides for staff to report issues. Over the more than five years we've used HiBob, I've been impressed by their continued product evolution. HiBob is very receptive to customer feedback and consistently works to improve their offerings to address HR teams' real-life challenges, which enhances our ability to tackle common blockers effectively. I've also noticed that sometimes when we're developing internal projects, HiBob releases complementary features that align well with our plans. Additionally, the world-class support from the HiBob team and community, such as the Heartcore HR community, has been exceptional. This support network, along with other learning and professional development opportunities, adds tremendous value to the overall experience. The responsiveness and thoroughness in addressing any questions or issues we faced during the initial setup and ongoing use demonstrate their commitment to customer success. The customisation opportunities in HiBob HRIS could be more sophisticated. Specifically, I wish there were more options for customisation by site, department, and similar categories. Although this is a nice-to-have feature and does not impact the core offering of the product, I believe it is an area that could be improved to enhance overall functionality.
