Hibob has been a game-changer for me. It's straightforward to use and very intuitive. You don't need to learn how to use it. You start using it. It also provides a sense of community for our global team with the social media-like aspects of the tool. We are a delighted customer. The implementation was very difficult. I instructued our POC to include me on everything however he just ignored that. The sales team never disclosed the ADP adapator fee but later tried to give us a discount to cover the fees. Our CSM was always rushing us off the phone and directing us to articles and self help. We created countless tickets and spend countless hours trying to figure out the system. There is no support for the HiBob team to make it a successful experience.
