What do you like best about HiBob HRIS?

Operation in Hibob is intuitive and Hibob is easy to implement.

Support always responds quickly and constructively.

The biggest benefit we have gained from the introduction of Hibob is the automated onboarding and offboarding. We have now been able to complete almost all steps of the extensive onboarding and offboarding process. This saves us a lot of time, which we can use for other projects.

In addition, Hibob offers many other functions that can be perfectly adapted to your personal requirements.

What do you dislike about HiBob HRIS?

Hibob saves us a lot of time thanks to its automation potential in almost all HR areas.

What do you like best about HiBob HRIS?

I love the ease of implementation and, when rolled out, how easy it is to manage behind the scenes. it is very user friendly for the end-yser as well as the HR team. No need to have IT support involved in the HRIS like they are with other systems. Integrations are very straightforward to switch on. We also have the UK Payroll / Pento and this integrates seemlessly. It is also very scalable and HiBob are continuously enhacing and developing their offering to meet the needs of their customers. I use Bob daily to run reports and ensure that the global team are managing the system. Customer Support, when I have had to use them, have been very helpful. What do you dislike about HiBob HRIS?

The only downside has been the "Benefits" module, which isn't very intuitive and could be improved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is HiBob HRIS solving and how is that benefiting you?

HiBob HRIS is an amazing easy and flexible tool, that suits most of our needs very well! The system is constantly updated and improved, and gets better with each update.

The support you receive during the implementation and after is great. Quick, helpful and patient.

What do you dislike about HiBob HRIS?

The tool is very advanced in some features, but some modules are not as developed. In a few cases, you need to adjust your process or make some work arounds that are not always the easiest to use or maintain. What problems is HiBob HRIS solving and how is that benefiting you?

The core HR already helped us to centralize all employee data in 1 tool, instead of multiple local Excel files. This was already the biggest change HiBob made for us. Hi, Bob is so flexible and editable; having the opportunity to customise the system is fantastic. Pretty much does everything you need for a small to large business. Always seeing updates to the system. Very intuitive and easy to navigate. I use Hi Bob every day, and the customer support team is great at helping you with issues or queries. What do you like best about HiBob HRIS?

Since implementing HiBob (2 years ago), we have never looked back. The system was super easy to implement, very user friendly and has a number of features which allow us to have a small HR Tech Stack. We have incredibly high adoption of the system (not just for holidays) from the CEO down to new joiners. What do you dislike about HiBob HRIS?

Nothing at the moment, there are mutiltiple product developments which meet our needs. The reporting can become a bit more sophisticated but I am still able to get everything I need when I pull a custom report. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about HiBob HRIS?

I am thoroughly impressed with their quality of customer service. We have had different reasons to seek help and each time, the team has demonstrated professionalism and a strong commitment to resolving my concerns efficiently.

What stood out the most was the responsiveness of their customer support. Every query I had was met with timely and detailed responses, leaving no room for confusion. The last representative I worked with was particularly knowledgeable and patient, taking the time to address my questions thoroughly without rushing or making me feel like just another ticket in their queue.

Another highlight was the seamless communication within their team. Unlike many services where you're tossed back and forth between departments, the team ensured that I had a smooth and cohesive experience. It was refreshing to deal with a company that values consistency and accountability in their customer interactions.

With HiBob, all of our employee data is now housed in one secure and easily accessible location. This eliminates the need for scattered spreadsheets or disconnected tools, ensuring that we have a single source of truth for our HR operations. Before implementing HiBob, we didn’t have a centralized database for our HR needs, which was not a scalable option and made managing employee information challenging. What do you like best about HiBob HRIS?

HiBob is now an integral system within our network and contains a lot more than an HR database. There are various modules which are invaluable to us as a remote office to help us manage the business, including Performance Review features, All Company bulletins, employee surveys and Your Voice (anonymous feedback tool).

As useful as that are the customisable task lists, which ensures that all necessary steps are followed for each process (e.g. on and offboarding) and one has visiblity on where that process is at any given time Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about HiBob HRIS?

I love the data possibilities and having everything in one place. We were using spreadsheets before. Love the possibility of flows etc

It changed the way I work with people data.

There are a lot of bugs that come up when I am interfacing with the platform. I click a button one time and my desired outcome doesn't appear but if I do It several more.times it works. Too tiring to open. A ticket.

What do you dislike about HiBob HRIS?

HiBob Workforce Planning is a mess. Can't believe it is being sold and rolled out to customers. It does not integrate with Hibob core or Hibob reporting. That is, you have to update both Hibob core module and workforce planning module, doing the same work twice, because funny enough two modules within Hibob don't talk to each other. And you cannot generate any reports from Workforce Planning. The costing component does not allow to put in costing component such as % of on-costs. Another downside is that it doesn't integrate with other systems (e.g., EPM). You can pull staff names into the forecasting tool but not salary information, which leads to Finance's unable to forecast staff costs—that's a waste of time. If you are looking to transform your business and integrate between all your systems, don't go with Hibob. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
