Really easy to use and nice to look at- requires a lot of manual intervention to set up and make work for your business, but this works in business favour if time is put into planning prior to set up as you can mould it to fit your company needs. Additional cost for 'add-ons' such as training, payroll etc modules. This is troublesome for us as a small business of under 50 people as I cannot get the funding for it :( I feel if all the modules were under one package it would be perfect Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

HiBob places all of our HR and People needs in one place, whether we're talking about staff information / records, policy documents, review cycles or goals, tracking holidays/absences and birthdays - it's the one place the team know they can go to get everything. You can set goals for the overall organisation, departments and individuals, but it would be helpful for us if were possible to set up goals for other groups / teams that might involve cross department collaboration. As an HR, I've found Hibob to be a highly effective and user-friendly platform for managing employee data and HR processes. It is intuitive for both HR teams and employees. Employees can easily access their personal information, request time off, and submit timesheets (with the best fitcher of quick fix). HR can seamlessly manage data and run reports.
The support team is always quick to respond and helpful. They’ve been great in addressing any questions or issues that come up, ensuring minimal disruption to our HR operations.

While Hibob is a great solution for smaller teams, it might not scale as well for larger organizations with more complex needs. Larger businesses may find it lacking in certain advanced features.
We've noticed that the days off accrual can sometimes be inaccurate, especially with custom accrual rules. This is something to keep an eye on to ensure the numbers are always correct.

We have really enjoyed the user experience. It's intuitive to use and very well laid out. We did our '24 year-end reviews and it helped us take several steps forward in giving more complete and accurate performance reviews to our staff. Templates for review forms are easily customizable. The system is a bit too locked down and in some cases doesn't have the ability to be configured to us it the way we need to. For example, after a staff memeber has been shared their review to view online, there is no way for them to print this for their own records - only the manager can, creating more work for our mangers. Hibobs user (and administrator) friendly platform make day to day HR processes more streamlined, and automated, saving time on the pesky admin tasks of HR and allowing you to focus more on the 'big stuff'. The system is quite flexible and customizable, catering to a global market without impacting it's endless capabilities. Customer Support are always responsive and helpful. HiBob is intuitive and easy to navigate. Even a non-technical person can quickly get the hang of it. I personally love its simple UI because I can easily find whatever I need—whether it's checking who is on holiday, tracking upcoming birthdays, applying for leave, or gathering employee feedback. As a developer, I don’t deal with payroll and other HR-specific tasks, but I can still appreciate how everything is organized in one place. That said, I’ve noticed that the mobile app could use some improvement. It's helped us streamline our hireing, onbaording, development and offboarding processes a great deal. We use HiBob for lots of things, so consolidating all that data in one place, and reporting on it easily, are a big plus. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There are some minor UI issues (formatting, fonts, backgrounds), which aren't showstoppers but are noticable.

We are very impressed with Hibob and for me the open API capabilities have been a game changer in what we can do and how we operate as a team. the APIs and the pre built integrations have allowed seamless integration with our existing and new systems, this means we haven't had to recruit additional heads to support a growing and changing workforce. This flexibility and ease of use as ensured when new systems like Navan, SmartRecuiters, Remote etc have been synced to Hibob, which add layers of security and we have done it without needing technical IT teams.
Bob is a modern, user-friendly HRIS has been a hit among our employees. Its a single source of truth where candidates can easily book leave and manage their personal information.

The time off functionality is good but not great for staff that work on varying shifts. There are workarounds but it gets a little bit complex at times.
