With its user-friendly interface, excellent support, and intuitive design, it's a breeze to navigate. The platform keeps improving, and there are always exciting new features on the roadmap. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The integration with Google Calendar is missing, and we also lack an unsolicited feedback option, as well as more flexibility in the performance review cycles although it already improved a lot since 2022 ! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The high degree of customization in bob is very impressive. You can create different sites to be able to store different information for localization (different workdays, holidays, timetables, etc). The ability to get granular data via the Directory makes it super easy to get the information we need to make decisions. You build in logic and choose which columns you specifically need to see. Bob has tables built into every section with effective dates which creates a clean history for all our historical records.
Bob's reporting functionality helps us easily display all our headcount movements and track our costs. The approval workflow help provide transparency on changes to all the required teams.
The Slack integration is amazing as most staff don't have to even go into bob for vacation requests and approvals. We also integrate with a headcount planning tool together with Hibob to be able to track internal transfers and backfills. This has made us much more efficient. Wish bob had better budgeting abilities for headcount growth, but we had to seek this through an integration partner.
Support chat and account management team have been great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Flexibility: for items that need external consultant's work and extra fee, in Bob we can ourselves make the changes
This also applies to creating or showing/not using specific data fields or HR processes. Reporting data is easy and you literally can report almost everything out of Bob!
We receive regular updates and since we have started (2 years ago) you can connect to several software modules, such as Recruitment, Training etc. There are built-in integration solutions, for example with Google applications or with ERP systems.
It is easy to use and our employees learn it very fast, they like it. We also use the absence registration module, so many users log in on a daily basis.
Customer support is available and at a good level.
We received an excellent support during the implementation and it is relatively easy to make. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There is really just a few items:
It would be nice if we had Bob available in more languages.
The operations turned out not to be very stable in some cases. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We have been using Bob for 2 years now and are continuing to find ways to improve our efficiency. The best thing about Bob is access to data - from our CEO, to managers, and individual contributors, everyone loves the transparency and that they can get the info they need directly. The org chart is fantastic, In the back office functions (HR, Finance etc) pulling information out is so simple and is helping ensure our data is correct. Also the flexibility of being able to build processes and flows that work for us is great.
HiBob as a company is very responsive and we have seen our suggestions and improvements be implemented into the product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Some processes are quite manager-centric and don't allow individuals to set up meetings etc. We have also found that sometimes we want to issue tasks prior to final approval and the flows cannot manage this, so this has to be done manually. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love the ability to build workflows that align with our processes. Hi Bob offers greater flexibility to design these workflows than I have seen in other HRIS systems I have used. I also cannot stress our implementation experience and our implementation manager was excellent - they took the time to understand our priorities and strategy and aligned our implementation plan accordingly. I would like to see greater flexibility in the compensation module such as workflows as it relates to promotions and compensation adjustments related to our process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What is not to like? We joined hibob when it was fairly new to the UK, and I can't stop saying is the best HRIS I have come across so far in my career. Few points to consider:
1. Quick, smart implementation - gather all your data on one spreadsheet. That's all it takes!
2. Plethora of guidelines - their help center is full of videos on how to do things, improve tasks, etc.
3. Workflows are just delightful - trigger all tasks and processes with one click. Also, easy to set up!
4. Integration - hibob integrates with multiple companies and software, and most of times what you need to do is create a user bot that will act as a link.
5. Their support team is really efficient, and will get to the bottom of the issue on a timely manner. They will keep you constantly updated, even if they haven't made any progress with the support ticket.
6. They have pretty much everything you need! HR profiles, time tracking, performance management, document control... say it, bet 99% of the time they have it.
7. Try their payroll software - no, seriously, just sign up for the whole package, you will never regret it. I have come across few nasty payroll providers before, and having everything in one place (aside from the fact that the payroll software is also easy to set up and integrate with the main HR function) makes your life like a stroll in a field of tulips.
Before you ask, no, I don't work for hibob, but I'm a very satisfied customer, and they deserve the praise :) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I would probably say the constant changes on the layout. I know everything is made to make the user interface easier to navigate, but at times, my staff members have struggled to keep up with finding things within the system because they are not where they were used to be (especially if they don't use the system regularly).
Another feature that I would like to improve is how much you can do through the app, as is quite limited (for instance, it would be quite useful if, as an admin, you could log other's absences). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

User-Friendly Interface. It has a modern design that feels more like a social platform than a traditional HR system. Employees and HR teams can easily navigate dashboards, update personal details, request time off, and engage with company updates.
Its Mobile App does not allow all features of the Web version but it makes it easy to access info on the go.
It also has Good Analytics & Reporting.
Help HR teams make data-driven decisions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
HiBob’s customer support does not directly resolve issues, they often push the responsibility back to the customer.
- Instead of fixing technical issues remotely, support often provides instructions for the customer to resolve them.
- This can be frustrating, especially for non-technical users who expect direct intervention.
- generic, copy-paste answers
- This can lead to multiple back-and-forth emails, slowing down resolution.
- long response times especially for complex issues.
- Follow-ups can be slow, and escalations don’t always happen as expected.
- Cself-service articles instead of getting immediate, hands-on help.
- While documentation is useful, it’s not always enough for urgent or technical issues.
- Instead of adjusting settings for customers, support often tells HR admins how to do it themselves.
- This puts more burden on HR teams, especially if they lack technical expertise. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Ease of use, ability to brand and functionality which helps us to connect remote teams. Org chart is amazing and click throughs are easy and intuitive.
Improved survey fuction is great and analytics are amazing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The improved brabding is great but still some parts that can not be branded that you would expect to and now look off on the page e.g on birthday's section frames colours can not be changed to own brand pallet where other parts of they system can be and look great.
Shout out and info board is great, would be amazing to take this a step further and build in R&R such as bonusly as well us customise Kudos pics with own banded kudos pics. We have value cards so when we Kudos people we share the value it is related to. We have to do this as a shoutout as you can not add an attachment to Kudos. Would also be great if you could time when posts go out like you can with slack and e mails, our day starts in Singapore and ends with our US team. When doing a global post I would like it to hit the feed at 9am Singapore time when our first employees start work and is there for all as we work through the time zones. As I am in th UK I would need to stay up to the early hours to do, a posting timing function would solve this and help us engage all our team in the right way. I would also like to see the ability to bespoke emoji's, again you can do this on slack but not on Bob, this means people engage with the posts on slack more.
On the Picus events this week - it would be great to have a picture rather than it showing a calendar icon. It would help people connect to the event. For example we ran mental health awareness and used the green ribbob. You could see it when you hovered over the event but would have been so much more powerful if the icon showed where the calander is and I think more people would engage with it.
Talent, I think this area needs most work - would be great to see employee feedback and goal on split page when doing performance reviews. I previously used a system Hello team that had this and it was amazing. Being able to add competencies and review against, have a career conversation section. Most importantly having a zoom integration! Our leaders can book the meeting in Bob but then have to add a zoom link seperately. Bob is designed for global remote teams so not having this makes no sense.
I love Bob ad it is head and shoulders, for me, above other systems I have used. The changes above, some which I understand from our own tech team, are easy to do and would make Bob exceptional.
Thank you for listening. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The automation of tasks and the centralization of all information allows having all employee information in one place, not relying on thousands of spreadsheets, and avoiding human errors or oversights in process management. Bob allows you to integrate all the information and processes in one place to help leaders and the organization in people management. The implementation and customer support are quick and simple. Any team member can create a ticket, track it, copy other people, and resolve it. The responses are timely and appropriate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Some sections or titles cannot be edited, so only the name of the translation can be used. In Latin America, Spanish has many uses and idioms, and it is important to be able to adapt the words of the sections. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's an HRIS system that is the most efficient in most aspects that it offers. I would say that the HR core and onboarding are the best by far, with different flows. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
When working with the Customer Experience team, they come back with an article when really because it is so user-friendly you can figure it out except for when it's a niche back-end issue so it's hard to be able to figure that out to the extent of the user and having to convince the CX support that it's more than the article they're sending you. I like that task lists and self-service flows are so easy to set up. It helps to streamline our processes and allow admins and users to make various changes, which then trigger tasks for specific people to ensure we follow the appropriate steps.
I also like the way it can be easily integrated with other apps like Slack.
My experience with HiBob's customer support has also been extremely positive. All of my queries are answered well and in a timely manner. Even when there are some things that appear to be limitations with the platform, they have always been able to help me with a workaround to achieve exactly what we need. At the time of writing this review, I cannot think of anything I dislike about HiBob!
I really enjoy the UI and UX of the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
