What do you dislike about Dynamic Yield?

The learning curve, especially for those who find it difficult to think in complex structures. You must work with the tool to be able to build or expand knowledge. However, it's not a drawback where Dynamic Yield doesn't have a solution, after all, the Academy and the Success Managers are there to assist and support with problems. What problems is Dynamic Yield solving and how is that benefiting you?

With Dynamic Yield, it becomes easier to communicate with the customer and to develop tailored product suggestions for them. Additionally, multiple variants can be tested against each other over a certain period without the need for programming for an A/B test. What do you like best about Dynamic Yield?

Since starting to use DY several months ago, I have been so thankful for the support of our CSM and the endless knowledge/training resources. At first, the thing that overwhelmed me most is the fact that you can pretty much do anything with DY, so I really didn't know where to start. But thanks to Liz and the DY event in Berlin, I now have lots more clarity on how to prioritise and quantify our projects. The platform is easy to use and navigate, and development of the platform and it's capabilities seem to be at the forefront of DY's priorities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dynamic Yield?

As a beginner in personalisation, working in an organisation with limited tech resources, I have found it frustrating that there are many simple things I want to try that would need tech support to set up. An example of this is the skinny banner or countdown banner. If the templates had more options e.g. height of banner, CTA or no CTA, rounded button or square, countdown or no countdown etc., this would avoid the waiting time of me having to put in a ticket with our tech team. With the new category slider template, there are so many options that I can take this template and get something suitable live without needing tech support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Dynamic Yield solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our first key achievement with DY has been bringing our popups in-house. The major win is that DY gives us so many insights into what these popups bring us, and so many options for how to serve them. Even that section of DY has excited me to develop this area more. There is a lot more that DY is doing for us and we are so excited to develop this even further, but mainly just having the ability to test, quantify and learn is a huge step forward for us.
