Having been long-time users of Google Optimize we found the learning curve was not too steep and having a more enterprise product meant we were getting a lot more support than we were used to. Dynamic Yield is an extremely powerful tool that offers a wide range of options for onsite personalization. Initially, the multitude of features can seem overwhelming, but once you become familiar with the tool, working with it becomes very pleasant and enjoyable. The support team and our Customer Success Manager were fantastic. They always had an open ear for our concerns and were highly committed to finding solutions to our challenges in collaboration with us. Due to privacy laws, campaigns with a customer-specific strategy can only be executed with active cookie opt-ins. As someone who had no previous experience with this tool I have found it extremely easy to navigate the dashboards and reports, plus I have been exremely impressed by the extensive guides available through the academy and the speed in which support tickets are picked up.
