What do you like best about Dynamic Yield?

- All in one tool (omnichanel: onsite, mail activation, etc)

- Allowing to implement advance Use Case (personalization / AB test) and go further by uploading offline data and CRM feed

What do you dislike about Dynamic Yield?

It's not something I dislike but sometimes, I'd say that the implementation phasis can be painful or quite long. Maybe this part could be facilitated (some clients are expecting an easier setup). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Dynamic Yield?

The best thing about DY is the account support we receive from our CSM, Liz Powell. In my six years working in e-commerce, Liz sits among the top 3 - if not the top - CSM I've had at any SaaS partner I've worked with. She is incredibly knowledgeable not only on the DY platform but also on testing and personalisation strategy in general, as well as e-commerce trends and data interpretation.

I also enjoy the Audiences feature of Dynamic Yield - I like that this feature allows you to target but then also analyse easily the specific behavioural trends of these audiences. It's a great tool and one I haven't seen any other testing or recommendations platform do as well as DY does. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dynamic Yield?

I sometimes have some concerns about the data integrity of tests - specifically around test condition traffic splits and how specific audiences achieve significance/results in our tests. These have come up several times since we began using DY in July, and whilst they have been resolved through technical support (which is fantastic and would rate them highly as well), it would be nice not to have to raise tickets in the first place. What problems is Dynamic Yield solving and how is that benefiting you?

Dynamic Yield is our main testing and personalisation tool; therefore, it is critical in helping us achieve our testing and personalisation goals by testing new designs or personalisation strategies to ultimately grow the revenue generated on the website. We set up most of our tests in DY and do much of our analysis on tests and personalisations within it. We also receive a weekly report that shows our incremental gain using the tool this quarter is substantial and proves how valuable the platform is on its own, but also enabling our vision of best in ecommerce website functionality. What do you like best about Dynamic Yield?

The team are very knowledgable to the product and services of Dynamic Yield and very prompt in their responses.

Liz, our CSM has great ideas for how we can best take the product forward for our business and is always open to trying something different. As with any service you buy off the shelf, there are some restrictions in the DY implementation have cause internal complexities but that is to be expected. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Dynamic Yield solving and how is that benefiting you?

Dynamic Yield provides us with out of the box recommendation algorithms so we can better personalise the user experience on our sites. We haven't implemented the solution in production but already we're seeing benefits in the transparency and control we now have over how, when and where we recommend items to our customers. They help us in reviewing/understanding our data within their platform and brainstorm with us until we come up with action items. They offer their perspective and what they see works with other clients which is very helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dynamic Yield?

We currently have product recommendations on our site in a lot of different areas so we are just catching up as their has been turnover on the team to understand the strategy and what performs best in the different areas. Not as many out-of-the-box templates - just basic points; evaluators aren't as straightforward as I would have liked, it would be great if it was templated out as this feels where we can really take personalisation to the next level Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Dynamic Yield?

DY is great for personalizing content, applying quick fixes, running promotions, and running A/B type tests. I like the easy placement of content in our website, the flexibility in targeting and the out of the box content blocks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dynamic Yield?

We've had some difficulty applying our CRM data layer, which has caused us to restrain efforts to expand our audience targeting options. Also, on reporting, I've always thought the dashboard should be more customizable and useable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

DY allows us to take the mystery and "what ifs" out of our personalization effort.
