The best thing about DY is the account support we receive from our CSM, Liz Powell. In my six years working in e-commerce, Liz sits among the top 3 - if not the top - CSM I've had at any SaaS partner I've worked with. She is incredibly knowledgeable not only on the DY platform but also on testing and personalisation strategy in general, as well as e-commerce trends and data interpretation.
I also enjoy the Audiences feature of Dynamic Yield - I like that this feature allows you to target but then also analyse easily the specific behavioural trends of these audiences. I sometimes have some concerns about the data integrity of tests - specifically around test condition traffic splits and how specific audiences achieve significance/results in our tests. These have come up several times since we began using DY in July, and whilst they have been resolved through technical support (which is fantastic and would rate them highly as well), it would be nice not to have to raise tickets in the first place. Liz, our CSM has great ideas for how we can best take the product forward for our business and is always open to trying something different. We currently have product recommendations on our site in a lot of different areas so we are just catching up as their has been turnover on the team to understand the strategy and what performs best in the different areas.
