The best thing about Dayforce is that it has the customization and flexibility to support a mid market client as effectively as it can a global enterprise level client with operations in dozens of countries. Dayforce's most appealing feature is it's continuous calculation of payroll. This feature truly helps make payroll a much faster and easier process. The least helpful thing about Ceridian Dayforce is customer support. They are always trying to improve it, but often more experienced users have to wait longer to get support that actually works for them since the frontlines are not as knowledgeable as we need them to be. There are many features you can include in your Dayforce software. From timekeeping to careers to benefits to employee profiles. All these functions are now stored in one place making it easier for both the manager and the employee to keep track of.
