I wish there were more options to make notes on an employees file. but as of right now there is not that capability. Also I wish the Dayforce App would allow for employees to access Benefit Enrollment forms from their Phone. As of right now they have to complete their Benefits Form on a computer. The real time data is very useful and timely. Really like the layout and the ease of switching between different areas of the system. We are pretty much fully automated and that is great. If our employees need to look at something or our managers they are able to do so even if payroll/hr are not in the office (say after hours). On the PC version I am able to see how many hours I have put in for the current week. Everything for taxes is in one place. I am able to see my paystubs easily and my upcoming schedule. It is super easy to clock in and out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

IOS version for mobile devices, I am unable to see how many hours I worked for the current week. It's hard to find certain things on the IOS version. The computer version is definitely more user friendly Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love everything about it! I love that you’re able to have your username and password saved on your computer so that you don’t have to enter it every time you want to log in & I love that it’s super user friendly ! & that they update it often and always provide tutorials on how to navigate the updated version Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

This software is easily customizable; it doesn’t take someone who is techy to use it. I primarily use this for the clocking system, managing my employees time cards and even store information for paperwork purposes. It is easy and fast for me to make a schedule for the next few weeks and easy to access and read if need be.
